I reviewed your circuit and I realized that the power you supply to the totem pole is regulated with 7815 which can supply a maximum of 1ampere but you claim to an output of 5amperes
I can suggest another option for starting and stopping the EG8010. there is a seat for R27 on the top of the Board. the upper pin is connected to PIN 6 of SPWMEN on EG8010. and it is drawn to 5 volts of power through the resistor R10. if this pin is drawn to GND, the chip stops working and the chip remains in standby mode. when 6 EG8010 +5 volts appear on the pin, the chip operation resumes. you can also organize protection of low battery in this way. Connect the output of the external comparator to pin 6 EG8010. I think that stopping work in this way will be more correct than just turning off the power to the chip. But everyone is free to do their own thing.
Ok if is driver circuit then is ok, but in it case better is mosfet transistors or mosfet IC ir 2101 or ir 2110, ir 2113 as driver circuit. Other for 12V DC inputvoltage and power from 10000W input curren is 10000/12 = 900A, what is high. 12VDC input voltage is recommended for power to 1000W. I have one question, which power transistors you used in H bridges.
I use IR2110 to control Totem Pole Driver. To reach 10KW you need to use a voltage of 60V with 24 mosfet HY4008W (80V 200A). In this video I use 8 mosfet HY4008W working at 24V. 2KW capacity.

Would it be possible to use the EGS002 to control multiple inverters, parallel-stacked so they can all get sync off the same waveform? That is the next step in DIY inverters is multi-inverter parallel-stacking, same like my MPP Solar LV6548 inverters. For example, I can have up to 3 inverters on L1 phase, and 3 inverters on L2 phase, so each line/leg L1+L2 = 240v, and L1+N = 120v, L2+N = 120v, etc. I would like to build a DIY inverter setup which can either stack legs like that, or even just literal all-parallel stacking on single 240v to use a center-tap transformer on the final output. But the idea of building off-grid inverter system that is expandable so the user never gets boxed into a corner, to be able to add KW as needed later. If we could make a topology where the the EGS002 could be built into a master module, and can connect more inverters to run off the same clock sync, and option to phase-shift 180° one of the output waveforms to be able to support multiple line/legs.. Hi Sir, i build your project totem driver using EGS002 during testing , i switch to on in the circuit goes on around 5 sec, the led of EGS002 was blinking 4 times and repeated the cycles , in the same manner as per data it is over voltage , my input voltage is only 24v, is there any fault to my board? Pretty sure the spec sheets say the EGS002 is only rated to 20VDC. Using a 24 VDC battery to directly power the board will always result over voltage. Use a buck board converter to step down battery voltage from 24VDC to 12VDC to power the board. Hope that helps. Simple solution is use 12VDC battery if you don't want to figure out buck board converters and how it fits in this layout. He specifically says in title this circuit is powered by 12VDC inputs and converts to 220VAC output. Hope this helps or you figured this out already.

By the way, the " IC IR2110 has a low current (~ 1A), it is very prone to failure" The IR2110/3 is intended to drive MOSFETs and not bipolar transistors. The 1 Amp rating is only during the turn on and turn off of the MOSFET. So if you try to drive a Bipolar it will fail because Bipolar requires continuous high current for the duration of the pulse. so how do you use this to drive an inverter? When you show the scope picture, it only shows 120Hz square wave. Why not high frequency pwm? EGS spec is :PWM carrier frequency 23.4KHz. Can you show that frequency please?
Hello, why the VFB feedback (about 2.5V - 2.9V) does not work on the AC output voltage, as it is in most diagrams, that there is a 200k, 10k resistor, 10k potentiometer for voltage threshold adjustment, filtering capacitor. Even the original H-bridge from Aliexpress doesn't work because of this. Only installing a rectifier bridge between one AC output and common ground for everything and adjusting the voltage to about 2.7V gives the effect that the EGS002 does not see overvoltage or too low voltage at the H-bridge output after the 2.5mH-3mH choke and a 2.2uF capacitor / 630V that works approx.

Tip122 and 125 is bipolar transistor with maximal voltage 100V and maximal colector current 5A. So you not obtained 10 000 W=10kW output power. This transistor need replaced with mosfet or IGBT transistor for high voltage and current

I have quite a few square wave inverters, mostly new or seldom used. These were for a project that was not fully completed. So now I'm wondering if square wave inverters can be converted to sine wave inverters. I have just begun thinking about this; therefore I haven't worked through some of my ideas. It may take a few hours and some experimentation to decide whether this is a poor idea, and conclude I may have better things to do. A preliminary thought, would be to bridge rectify square waves to get a voltage regulated DC voltage, and then create a sine wave. Otherwise, do some minor rewiring of the inverter to access the output of the DC to DC inverter, then use the EGS002 board to drive the output transistors. But...I have really, really just begun to think about this. Know anyone who would like to buy square wave inverters for cheap? Do you provide any schematics for your projects? It's amazing how much stuff goes into one of these inverters--for such low cost. Most of these inverters are from 1500 to 3000 watts. Thanks.

(vì khi quá tải thì điện áp AC chắc chắn sẽ tụt áp). đó là cách bảo vệ quá tải bằng phần mềm, còn bảo vệ quá tải bằng phần cứng là dùng R-shunt dò dòng điện. khi dòng điện lên quá cao thì tắt xung, hoặc cũng có thể dùng biến dòng (CT) để dò dòng điện. phần bảo vệ thấp áp và cao áp thì nếu dùng vi điều khiển tự code thì rất dễ, vài dòng mã đọc ADC là đc, còn EGS002 thì sử dụng 1 opamp ngoài để đo áp. khi áp thấp và áp cao thì đưa tìn hiệu về Ifb để tắt xung. Bạn nên tìm hiểu ít điện tử cơ bản trước như opamp - các loại ic số . cách thực cầu H hay push-pull làm việc như thế nào. vv chứ tự nhiên động vô mấy món điện tử công suất thê này thì ko hiểu đc đâu.

(vì khi quá tải thì điện áp AC chắc chắn sẽ tụt áp). đó là cách bảo vệ quá tải bằng phần mềm, còn bảo vệ quá tải bằng phần cứng là dùng R-shunt dò dòng điện. khi dòng điện lên quá cao thì tắt xung, hoặc cũng có thể dùng biến dòng (CT) để dò dòng điện. phần bảo vệ thấp áp và cao áp thì nếu dùng vi điều khiển tự code thì rất dễ, vài dòng mã đọc ADC là đc, còn EGS002 thì sử dụng 1 opamp ngoài để đo áp. khi áp thấp và áp cao thì đưa tìn hiệu về Ifb để tắt xung. Bạn nên tìm hiểu ít điện tử cơ bản trước như opamp - các loại ic số . cách thực cầu H hay push-pull làm việc như thế nào. vv chứ tự nhiên động vô mấy món điện tử công suất thê này thì ko hiểu đc đâu.

Thank you, With high power inverter, normally will use iron core transformer, it can bear better overload than pulse transformer, more durable. You can search for 5KW 10KW inverters on google, most will use iron core transformer.
