Darbar sahib🙏
Main unha di convenience layi Golden temple likhiya hai mainu Darbar Sahib da pata hai don't worry brothers ....❤️❤️
All Sikh gurus should be nominated as Guru only as it is not ok with me to just bind them in some faith. They are for all and we all have equal respect for them as Sikh has. Thus they should be just be denominated as Guru.
They are for all
This place has the tastiest food you will ever eat. Any Indian food from any restaurant cannot be compared!
ya you are right
you also from Amritsar 😀
Wait... Not even the spicy chatpata phuchka?? Is my childhood a lie??
I was trying to be funny here. Please don't take it seriously.
I am a Hindu and out of experiences (personal and heard of) I know if there is any religion which gives humanity the first preference than their religious traditions & customs....it’s SIKHISM!
They are the people with HUGE heart! Respect and salute🙏
There are many hindu religious organisations that provide free food, free education to the children. ISKCON, Ramakrishna missions, jain temples, akshay patra and many other all over india ,you are not aware of.
Pm Justin Trudeau and his family also visited Harmandir sahib (golden temple) and they also make rotis there 😊
I am Hindu and I am from Nepal.
But I love Sikh. They showed me lots of love while i have visited India for the first time. 🙂❣️
I recently visited Amritsar and guys it was an amazing experience. Thanks for the video. Love from Punjab.

@@irhdaily must visit golden temple u guys will really like it , it provides a lot of peace to soul such a amaging place in india
Even When there is a flood or something like that in India all the food for the people of that area is made in Golden Temple and then its send to that place with the help of Army.........SO PROUD TO BE A PUNJABI.......SAT SRI AKAAL
7 days have 7 different menus and each one is designed very thoughtfully keeping in mind the nutritional value. The meal is a perfect balance of nutrition!
i wanna share my experience. i am a south indian and all my friends finally one day made a long awaited trip to AMRITSAR GOLDEN TEMPLE. you are not gonna believe that I ate my dinner at 3 o clock in the morning after i overslept. i did'nt thought i would get food but guess what, i manage to find 1 guy serving food to some kids and served me too without hesitation. i will not forget that FAVOUR for the rest of my life.
yeah , there is no list or time limit , people just come and if they feel like helping , they can volunteer for as long as they like
It's also happening in every gurudwara in Punjab
Not only gilden temple but most of the gurudwaras in this planet gives FREE FOOD to all the devotees!! Infact in covid gurudwaras are providing food at door step of people who are alone or not able to get the food!! “Waheguru mehar kare”🙏🏻❤️
not "most of" the gurudwaras provide free food . All the gurudwaras in this world provide you with free meal
Proud to be a sikh and punjabi💪🏽🌾
Punjab is known for India's bodyguard state 💪💪💪 and off course 🌾🌾
Love the sikhs from West Bengal. They were the constant force(the wall) against the countless islamic invasion from the western side of the border. ❤

7:39 you'll only need to be separat for a dip in the holy pond,if you want to take that dip, other than you don't need to be separate
I had once visited the Golden temple at 12:30am in the night(seems like crazy😅) .....I was just 3 or 4 years when we visited😊 , I was extremely hungry and sleepy😴😴😴 ...but after eating the first bite I was like my drowsiness vanished all of a sudden and got so much energy 😘😘😘.....the food there was like delicious 😋 😍
I am proud i am human i am proud i am indian i am proud i am sikh.
I like the love in her eyes for him, so cute & and ya Sikh rocks
Also, whenever you go there, just sit near the sarovar(the pond/holy water surrounding the Gurudwara) and close your eyes. That feeling is intense and it cannot be compared to anything. This place has soooo good vibes. Just feel it. If possible, try to do sewa(volunteering for food or any other volunteering) it is also very peaceful. And fun fact, every shoe that goes in jodaghar(shoe house) is polished!
You can visit Gurudwara in usa as well.. the ambient and feel will be same in everyGurudwara...
You can learn more about sikhs in Gurudwara sahib. So you enjoy and feel more connected when you go visit India.
We are welcoming people of universal brotherhood ❤
Thank you so much. You watch this video

About kirpan(the dagger), its very controversial to take it on flights, very few countries allow it, i guess only America and Canada. But only 1.5 inch kirpan is allowed!
It is open 24×7 for all world everyone can come in Golden Temple ❤️❤️😊😊😊
Would love to visit❤️❤️❤️
@@irhdaily yes stay for at least one day in goldentemple for more information ❤❤🙏

Hey guys! Great reaction, loved it! :D ... Get ready to read my reply, I have answered all of your questions below:
Pretty much every single Gurudwara (Sikh Temple - or when directly translated from Punjabi, means the door of the Guru) in the world provides Langar to everyone daily (some are 24/7, and others are for majority of the day)! This is not just specific to the Golden Temple since the Sikh community, wherever we are in the world, are expected to provide for and help others regardless of their religious/cultural/ethnic/racial/economic backgrounds. Also fun fact: The Golden Temple is the most visited (thus the most popular) place in the entire world! - it holds the Guinness World Record :) ... The entire Langar process as you saw, is extremely seamless and perfect! It is actually more efficient (with minimal process waste) than many professional corporations out there haha! ... and yes, they do wash those bowls regularly throughout the day - you can imagine how labour-intensive that is, and yet people serve there out of their free will because they believe in Seva (Selfless service to humanity - which is at the cornerstone of Sikhism). Langar is not just for humans, for animals as well - stray dogs often come by and get fed as well ;)
During these Covid times, they are still operating (at slightly lesser capacity) but honestly speaking, India's response to Covid is not structured at all - and it is essentially free will there!
Regarding the Turban, yes it is typically worn by men, but women can wear it as well! You can definitely try one on Alissa :)
When touring the Golden Temple, you are not separated - it is only during the time of dipping into the Sarovar (the Sacred Water, Amrit) would you have to be separated - but I imagine you wouldnt take a full dip if you went there, and rather just pour a little Amrit over your heads - unless of course you really want to take a full dip, which you can, but yes genders are separated in that event. Also, it is not a "bath", but just a dip - the video mentioned this slightly incorrectly.
Currently, you can't take the Kirpan (sacred knife) on a flight, and as a Sikh, I actually think that is a good decision! Because anyone could technically "pretend" to be a Sikh and carry a knife if it were allowed on flights and cause harm!
Final thought for you: Sikhism, is actually not meant to be a "religion" in the traditional sense, and more-so a "way of life", as it is treated as the way of life that ALL humanity should live by since the beliefs are so universal and inclusive of all! (you can probably tell how passionate I am and how much I love sharing and educating people on Sikhism haha).
Wait I've been a Sikh for 5-6 years now lol, didn't know about the stray dog part!
About the Temple Point,it is not typically worn by men, women can wear it too, it's just that in the mordern day many women don't wear the Turban
@@akaalilaalsingh96 What I said is indeed true, the turban is more typically worn by men, but women can wear it as well.. There are no restrictions.
@@AshneetSinghCR7 in a sense yeah, can you tell me more about the stray dog part tho,all the years I've been into Sikhi,I never heard of the stray dog part
@@akaalilaalsingh96 Sure!.. So this only really happens at Indian Gurdwaras of course since stray dogs commonly roam there. Any animal, may that be a dog, cow, etc. can be fed at the gurdwara.. I have seen dogs just outside being fed rice, I have even seen a monkey sitting down in the langar hall eating langar alongside humans! The concept is as simple as treating all life equally... You may even find some videos on here on UA-cam showing a monkey or anothrr animal eating langar :)
I am not a proper sikh but punjabi jaat, I am 16yrs old but once I had been a volunteer in langar I have served there with love, I loved doing all the work even though I got tired a lot but still I continued myself forcefully because I was loving it. Believe me it is really lucky to get the chance to work there serve there, I was feeling great after that like won a lottery kinda. Lots of love from INDIA
Thanks for you share ❤️❤️
Yes sir the cooking bowls are after each use. Thanks
this is legit a genuine reaction!
Yes still in India golden temple is serving and open for anyone who is in need, one can come eat, stay and you can do work volunteering and yes there is no waiting line they welcome as many people want to with all the saftey measure taken care.

Hey guyz...finally u did it, thx alot Sean n alissa. I already requested you many time frm 5 months ago 😊👍🙏🙏
You know Canadian PM Mr. Justin Trudeau visited with his family at Amritsar when he became PM?? His wife and kids volunteered in "Langar" (Community Kitchen). You should also watch tht video and react on that. Moreover, you are most welcome to Punjab. Anytime you can come here, we will be happy to host you. Luv frm Punjab 🙏❤❤
The Guru had given 20/- Rs for food for poor & it’s been carrying on since then all over the world 🌎!
Waheguru Ji🙏
Feel so proud to be Indian and Sikh . I’m born in England but never forgot about our heritage and where ever a gurdwara is no one will starve
Also if you're looking for a list of foods to try: Dhaal, Rajma, Shai Paneer, obv with roti. (Sweets to try) gulab jamun, ras malai, galebi (all should be eaten warm).
Galebi???... It's jalebidude and it's dal nhi dhaal
@@SIMARfromINDIA those are romanized spellings of punjabi, obviously there's gonna be different spellings
I proud to be aa sikh ...thanks far reacting on this video

6:50 Her reaction 👌😀😆
Yes we clean all big pots daily
I did 5 fillings though. Golden temple is a 10-minute ride from my house. I hope someday you also come to visit.
16:49 yes, even during covid Sikh community all over the world not just in Amritsar Golden temple kept Langar(Free food Service) Kept going and kept feeding the whole India, Also all over the World, There was not even a single day when langar hall was closed, If closed in few areas People Delivered the Langar (food) on roads or made packages and dropped right at homes in need or even in slum areas, Sikh community played a very big part in Saving India and feeding entire India during covid and even now also
after seeing each videoes with you guys, I use to get addicted
IRH team with Gus in our hearts.. you should visit Golden Temple after pandemic.. I would love to meet you guys
Net speed issue?? OMG i am streaming 4K with 200MBps connection without an issue from a small town in tamilnadu, India for 15$ a month... man INDIA developed a lot :)
Wearing masks inside is not allowed. But no, no one has ever caught covid inside. Nor anyone has in the farmer's protest. It's said rightly, that when you bow down in front of God, He stands up for you!
You can see all over the world Sikh community served the humanity through food or love....even in natural calamity and in warzone they feed affected people and children ........
Waheguruji.....
Waheguru zi 🖤
Their is also a fully automatic loaf making machine for non stop operation
As all religious establishments are only partially open now due to the pandemic, it applies to the Golden Temple as well....So only certain amount of people are let in each day
Hi
I just want to answer your questions.
The dishes are always washed properly after cooking every meal.
Langar didnt stopped in covid and in some of gurdwaras they installed automatic kitchen that is untouched by human.
This sewa is never stopped from hundred of years.
Thank you.
Lovely spiritual place in the world. Waheguru.
Every night these big bowls are cleaned.. And, food is hygienic also.. But, in COVID situation, it is so much challenging
Just FYI the water in the temple pool is filtered through a state-of-the-art system. Also women or only separated when bathing for their privacy other man and women can be together in the main area and langar
I am here to answer few of your questions
It goes on 24*7
There are 100s of volunteers also there is a paid temple team working 24*7 so when they take break there is always somebody taking over.
You wont feel much germophobia if you ever visit because everything is super clean. Your feets may feel hot or cold depending upon which month of year you visit.
Best part you can visit a gurudwara near you in which ever city of the world to experience this same hospitality and peace. Plus you can always ask somebody to tie you a turban they ll do it proudly and happily.
Chao.
Thank you
There are different Turban Styles, the more recent ones start with putting other end of your turban in mouth to make a firm grip. But our ancestors and religious people do not tie this way.
Waheguru waheguru waheguru waheguru waheguru ji

You can visit your local American Gurudwara.. they also have these community kitchens serving free food for everyone. You could even volunteer.
Everytime you are hungry and don't have enough money or you are new to the place always go to the Gurudwara near you that's what I did whenever I was in this situation. Gurudwara lungars are just ♥️. They welcome everyone and it's always healthy and tasty. Sikh people are always most welcoming helping people.
India 🇮🇳
a one person doing this almost the whole day bcoz i also do with my mother when i visited sikh temple🙏
There is no time limits. People comes for their wish if wnt leave they can leave.. Actully many of people's are waiting list for sewa.
Now it's 1Lakh reached❤❤❤
Waheguru ji🙏🙏🙇🙏🙏
The most special thing about india is they are not mean there promises are like a rocks which are never break

People all the time in the queue waiting for his own turn to something in kitchen for the people if someone gets chance he feel he is very lucky to do this
Great reaction....
Fact about Golden Temple - The gurdwara is built around a man-made pool (sarovar) that was completed by the fourth Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das in 1577. Guru Arjan, the fifth Guru of Sikhism, requested Sai Mir Mian Mohammed, a Muslim Pir of Lahore, to lay its foundation stone in 1589.
Yes these are really put heart ❤nd soul
