- After reacting to the wonderfully shot Kesari trailer, we wanted to learn more about the Sikh community! We go into the food section for Punjab, and what better way to get exposed to it than the famous Langar in the holy Golden temple where nearly 100000 people are served free food everyday. Every SINGLE Sikh gurudwara in the world has the same concept where any person of any faith can go in 24hrs a day, 365 days a year, and eat a hot meal until full. This concept has been going on since the 1500s. almost 500 years.
You know due to lockdown in India...all religious places were closed except Golden Temple and other Sikh Temples as they were providing free food(langer) to the hungry/needy and poor people....But i miss that food(langar) as none can cook same taste at home....I really miss that...
Any GURUDWARA be it in Europe or USA LAngar exists

That blade was used to be bigger before 1990. A Sikh is allowed to keep a sword too but then a senator brought it in the parliament the big blade. Then an ordinance passed in the parliament for small blade only like u can see in this video.

Since the temple/gurdwara is set there is langgar. All over the world there is langgar. Depends on sikh community availability some gurdwara will not have it as often. If there are more Sikhs in the area then more often langgar will be held as there will be more volunteers and donations. If not mistaken there is a gurdwara in Russia also.
You can go ur nearby gurudwara nd see the free kitchen ..free food served everyday in every gurudwara
Sikh Gurudwaras is everywhere in the world. In USA, EUROPE etc. You can go there. Sikh Gurudwara also in Russia. Search on google.

In whole world Golden temple its real name( Harmandir Sahib) most visited place in the whole world approximately 100,000 people per day may be Taj Mahal is on 3rd or 4th place after Golden temple as well as its building is made from 700kg gold was Donated by Maha Raja Ranjeet Singh. Moreover, its Kitchen is World's largest kitchen.
Now you know, if you see a sikh person on street, don't mess with them. but you know, that is because they are the most peaceful of all...since they are the warriors, they have to keep those weapons with them whenever they go out.
