No... that was NEVER the problem. Ever heard of the concept of the 'village idiot?' These are the idiots that used to exist that people in the village would avoid and they used to just act crazy and no one would take them seriously. As towns got bigger, more of these idiots were able to mingle, but they still weren't taken seriously.
The internet however has given these village idiots a platform to spread their idiocy and find other village idiots who WILL listen to them and then they share ideas and just annoy everyone else.

If that's the case of your locale, you need to change towns. Sometimes a city is too dang hopeless, you might as well move out or avoid it like the plague. Red flag women tend to flock together so once you find a green flag one, there's a high chance her friends are also sane.

There are people who will say or do anything for recognition and attention. I think the list is a parody, they're just collecting stupid things people say. That said, I am sure most of the people in these clips have more nuanced views than could fit in 10 seconds of video.

@@kazuma7232 I don't exactly shine with dating experience so maybe I am wrong, but for me a statement about you can only be genuine if they are willing to say it to your face. People tend to behave more empathetic and genuine when they actually see you as the human you are than when they talk into a camera. Online dating and finding the right relationship partner is so confusing and shallow nowadays because people don't want to show off vulnerability and insecurity about their own (ostensibly) "bad" habits and because they want to feel like they can find someone compatible just by making up clear rules for who qualifies, when the reality is that you just have to figure out who is right for you as you go, and sometimes that means you're going to be wrong about who or what's right for you.
Sharing private moments with other people can feel 1000x more real and genuine than anything you could ever do on the internet. So please, don't ever believe that people would be unable to see the good in you because of something as irrelevant and meaningless as an "ick". It only keeps you from seeing that people care a whole lot about the small good things you do.

My wife has seen me cry many times over the last 10 years we been together. Never once has she thrown it in my face and that's because of two possible reasons.
1) she's a good person, actually loves me and isn't just there for what I can provide for her considering we got married when I was a broke ass, scruffy construction worker with a drinking problem and she was in college for her masters in Physical Therapy. The only reason her family agreed to allow our marriage was because her dad has a fetish for black culture. The first time I met him, in a thick filipino accent he said, "What's up my nigga" and later my wife told me her dad made her watch Friday and The Friday After Next when he found out she was dating a black dude.
2) She's scared I'll throw her 4'8 ass out a window because I do have anger issues and she's seen someone do that to me before and the immediate violence that ensued.
People need to find actually good people to be around. I've had the same group of friends for 18+ years and have been with my wife for 12. Can cry in front of any of them without judgement.

The book is by Myron Gaines, of the Fresh and Fit podcast. I'm being completely serious here, if you are a man, the only book I can think of on the top of my head that would be more important to read than it is the Bible. You learn a lot about the value of being a man, as well as tips on how to navigate life and navigate with women.

I call woman moments situations where she gets in her feelings and 'needs to be right' in a public setting. Example:
Recently I had a back and forth with a female busdriver. We had a gridlock situation on this incredibly small and thight intersection AND there was work being done on the road. This busdriver was sitting 8 meters away from the intersection and her bus' ass was next to one of the roadworks effectively cutting off all traffic going that direction. But she felt that she had the right of way on that intersection and would not cooperate with anyone trying to fix the gridlock. All she was asked was the drive 2 or 3 meters closer to the intersection so traffic coming at her could pass the roadworks. She refused to budge and we ended up fixing the intersection without her moving another way by directing EVERYONE backwards about 10 meters so the people stuck in her oncoming lane could turn around and take a detour. After almost 15 minutes the intersection was clear and she was still standing in the exact same spot, arms crossed like a littl' toddler.
I went full Ken mode, since I once worked for the same employer, I filed a complaint.

out of all the "icks" that one made the most sense to me, I still don't hard agree with it, but I understand.
Basically women don't like it any time men have fun or don't destroy themselves to look manly or something.
Every man must be an emotional rock, never having fun, never in pain, never sick, never having anything wrong at any time ever, never worrying about consequences of their actions and always be an expert in everything but also don't know how to cook.

Confession time: My biggest fear is being thought of as creepy. Half the reason I'm single is not wanting to approach women and royally screw it up. First it was "Don't be hypermasculine", then it was "nice guys are always fake". Now this list exists. Way to make a guy feel unwanted, ladies.
Honestly I'd be able to ignore lists like these and womens "requirements" if it weren't for one rather big factor. Courts will almost ALWAYS side with women against men, especially when the accusations are false, until that changes, I'm perfectly happy being single.

Industrial Revolution eventually made gender roles obsolete and life more comfortable, women convinced themselves they were the only people in the world that matter due to a mix of chauvinism, narcissism and entitlement coming to the conclusion they don’t need men, men embraced women’s chauvinistic victim complex because of chivalry and therefore refuse to hold them to behavioural standards.

I got friends who'd say they don't know what to do if someone close tot hem cries, but in reality they'll be there, hold the person, listen etc - they just don't know how to ACTIVELY make the other person feel better at that moment is what they really mean, and I'd not consider that an issue at all in those cases.
And then of course there are the ones you are referring to as well...
@@LucRio448 Honestly, if someone (especially a man) is crying, the best thing you can do is not actively try anything. Be there passively and let them get it out and just quietly be a support.
