From what I have seen/understood is that those who get them via Rocket League gets then transferred and then it would be available through the Item Shop in Fortnite as well. I could be wrong as I often misunderstand 😅

I think both, like if u already own him in RL you will get him for free in Fortnite but you can also buy him in Fortnite if u don’t own it already
