    My first metal project was an aluminum panel. Peened over the edges by hand with a sphere and hammer 😂. Like you said, "it was a reflection", something that you're proud to look at 🤘

    Really liking the how to vids. There's hardly any how to videos on prerunner specific fabrication especially from a well respected guy in the industry like yourself.
    Any chance you could do a how to on building shock hoops? I know it's super basic but there's nothing good on you tube for this

    Always love seeing how you bring your concepts to life. It really brings another perspective to me personally as a designer, and gets me thinking in alternative ways to expand my skill set. Thanks for posting this!

    Every time you load a new video I’m hoping that it’s of Amber. Im sure we all get that you have to take care of the customer first and I’m not going to go so far as to say I’m disappointed when it’s not Amber, but man I really can’t wait to see what you do for your own ride.

    You need and MCD stamp or electro acid etch your logo onto these parts. In 30 years when some kid finds them you need the credit

      We have some badges that go on specific projects. It’s a little distasteful for the brand to paste it on every part we build. Etching might be a nice subtle Que

    Godamn Morgan! I saw these ducts (?) on the DK Explorer before the first video came out but my point is like blacksmiths, engravers, metal workers, engine/ trans builders, chassis builders of the best kind are amazing in thar they picture what they want to make & it may take a try or two but it's some of the most amazing work, to me, that can be done!
    Can I get a PN# for that buffing wheel? I like my skid plates to have a mirror finish to them. Keep up the unreal work!

    For what you're doing, why do you prefer the regular sanding disc over a flap disc?

    • @ericmiller5559
      @ericmiller5559 2 роки тому

      I would think the flat disc is easier to control and better at creating a flatter surface without chance of digging in on the radius'... I could be wrong though. Morgan?
