Nope. Deemed absorbed ang Arson and shall be an aggravating circumstance. As an example - Robbery was committed then to kill of the victim they burned the house together with the victim then that is Robbery with Homicide - Arson is absorbed in this case. However, if they already robbed the house and killed the victim by shooting him in the head then upon leaving the place they burned the house the down - that would be 2 separate crimes: 1) Robbery with Homicide (Special Complex Crime) and 2) Arson.
