Great film. Was near 100 accurate on dealing with the desert heat and tracking. Once a lost child heads deeper into the mountains, it becomes a worse situation. 24 oz of water will not carry you very long and while you're on the move. Linda was perfect for this role. Love her style and personality. The way she narrates and sharing her thoughts. Love that.

The water would barely last you 2-3 hours in 100 degrees as far as sweating goes. Just 2 hrs and 2 liters of water is toast which I did elude to in my previous.
Also with all the helicopters around, wouldn't the child hear that and run out in the open to try to flag them down? Why aren't the trackers making loud noises to alert the child to their presence and location? Why aren't dogs being used when there should be fresh scents all around.

I've done face plants and falls and it's no fun. Takes time dig those out of your skin, what's left of it. Coyotes do live out there. Built for it. Used to it. Don't venture out much at hottest time of day. Not that I've ever witnessed. I've heard them yelping from cave or valley areas where it's shaded during heat of the day.@ValeskaTruax Depends. They really did their homework on this film and got a lot of the basic principles of tracking right. Top quality production with a top quality actress!

Linda is a great actress. I have enjoyed this one too, and mostly, I have always enjoyed watching her acting. She mostly had a great performance in all of the movies (Terminate ) and was watching the Terminate 1 and 2 yesterday. plus, I have seen the latest Terminate and would like to add that I do like the fact that she looks natural and did not have done any buttock on her face she is growing old naturally and beautifully ❤😊
I started just wondering as to how many greedy commercials I will watch before I give up on this movie. Great movie, fortunately, ,the ads stopped being so, so, so close together and frequent after 30 mins in and I was able to continue on to the end. Almost missed a great movie.

Surprisingly good movie! So frustrating how much crap victims of domestic violence go through as our patriarchal, so-called-justice fails them time and time again. *sigh*
This guy is a sociopathic narcissist. His kind are evil to the core. Something is really wrong with their brain that they have not even the smallest shred of sympathy for what they do. If ever someone could be considered demon possessed, I would think these kinds of people are. On another note, search and rescue is a very honorable service and I have great respect for those in search and rescue. It can be really hard when they find people dead after searching for days, but they are definitely a good group of people.

This movie is hard to follow with all her flashbacks.
What’s so unfair is that the court system and the law enforcement has protected the wrong person. I will never understand or trust ever.
