- In theis video we show how to remove the front bumper on a Range Rover Evoque Dynamic ( although this should be similar for the Pure and Prestige models also ).
Very useful advice.
Hi guys! Just wondering if I can install the adaptive cc in my 2015 evoque dynamic. I found the plug just behind the grill more or less in the same spot where the radar usually is. If it’s possible please let us know what it takes. I guess some buttons in the steering wheel needs to be upgraded as well. Many thanks!
Hi could you please me know on how to replace the Evoque cooling fan unit? Thanks alot
When are you going to do the L494 front /rear bumper removal?
Good video and good info. Well done
Thanks 👍
Is it possible to change the front parking sensor on my evoque prestige without taking the bumper off?
Great video as always! This helped me get my bumper off with ease. However I can't get the front bottom corners back on. The screws on the bottom are easy enough, but the 2 plastic snap/pop pieces won't go back in because when I push on the outside of the piece, the piece it is trying to snap in to has nothing to give it support and it just moves. And there is no way to get your hand in there to support it. Any ideas?
Bit of sellotape mate
Does the front bumper have to be removed to replace the radiator on the Range Rover Evoque?
I have a '64 reg Evoque with adaptive Xenon headlights. I'd love to upgrade these to the newer ones if possible. Would you be able to supply & fit or just fit when you fathom the wiring out? Would you offer a full upgrade conversion similar to DCC 4x4 to include a new front bumper, etc?
the problem with the 2016 front headlight conversion is the signature DRL - getting these to work is proving tricky
I have a light on my workshop bench at the moment... but getting them to power up needs an LINbus signal.
great video ;-)
Thanks!
Could someone please help me.
Is the Glow Plug Control Module behind the Splash Shield, located behind the front wheel. Shown being removed at 8:23.
Thanks in advance!
Hi there, I was wondering if you found the location on the glow plug control module ? Would be appreciated if you could help with this one 😊
I have 14 range rover et evoque I did exactly what u did replaced alternator an put everything back but now non of my parking sensors work I just get a flashing (p) on infotainment center do I have reset something
Hi Brian - sorry for slow reply as i was on vacation for a week. How are you getting on - did you get this resolved ? to me it sounds like the main connector not plugged back together ? you should be able to reach up under the bumper and re-plug these without removing the bumper.
@@L663 thank u for reply , you r correct the sensor connection wasn't pushed all the way so tht was an easy fixed , but now I gatta fix transmission auxiliary battery, an crankshaft pulley. Do you have videos of these of removing them
@@brian2fast4u1 Hi - sorry my help was a bit late ! whats your problem - seems like a problem as you have replaced the alternator now the battery - could it be this issue

Hi,
You mention in the Video, the Blue & White Clips for the Trim...Do you have these in stock? Or can you provide the LR Part Number? Or a 3rd Party vendor, where they can be purchased........?
Cheers
Hi, we will be listing these shortly, if you wait a few days, if not reply to this for the LR part number.
Hi,
Not a problem waiting a few more Days...Once listed, let us know via this Comment & I'll order a few...
powerfulukltd Hi, Do you have the LR Part Numbers for the Blue & White Clips?
Have you found the LR part number for the clips?
can u remove that silver part of front bumper ? without removing whole bumper ??
No its welded in - even if you remove you have to hack it off.
@@L663 Ohh thats sad thing.. it should be black
We need a company to come up with SOMETHING anything that allows us to retrofit the new model year 2016 full LED headlights into the 1st generation Evoque.
Hi - I am working on it - i have the male and female version of the connectors and the wiring diagrams now !
powerfulukltd you're gonna make a lot of money. Have you seen the thread about it on the forums? I can link it to you
Also, to add to this. Many of us here in the states (including me) are interested in this modification. We have made advances and strides and can get the headlight to work EXCEPT for the DRL (daytime running light). So I will for sure (and so will many others) purchase your kit when it is available. Our understanding is ALL headlights no matter the region or country all function the same and are of the same spec. Only difference is black pack or non-black pack or full LED headlight or projector bi-xenon. What are your thoughts?
Hi - yes it needs a little LINbus controller module !
powerfulukltd very exciting
Nice video, Very useful. I suggest if you could make an effort to speak clearer, and reduce a bit the British strong accent so non-British coudl underspand better.
Or train your ear..... "reduce a bit the British strong accent so non-British coudl underspand better"..... Yeah, sure..... Jesus!!!!
Unfortunately the headlight retainer is blocking the 2nd bolt.
So I had to tear the bumper in order to remove that
Fuck range rover. Just as bad as German trash
I feel your pain !
