A quick suggestion for you. Place your lights bit higher than leg guards and below the handle bar for best light spread for both high and low beam (white and yellow beam). I changed my light placements 2-3 times to find my favorite light settings.

Bro ,can we connect that blue wire to the head light low beam rather than ignition because i want lights to on when engine is on not ignition
Hi Rahul, Let me clear one thing, that blue wire is just a trigger to turn on the relay. Main power comes directly from battery. LED lights need continue power from battery. So use the lights on running engine, it will not overload you battery.

I have a similar experience with the Dual Shot lights… the yellow low beam is very well placed but the high beam tries to spot an airplane perhaps! 😅
Would be really helpful if the high beam is better adjusted without compromising on the low beam yellow.

Yes you are right Its bit difficult to adjust both light according to the preference. It took some time to find the best placement for the lights. But I found my best placement and will share the video soon.

Can we turn on both the low beam & high beam at the same time?
Hi, likith, yes you can if you want to. But I suggest you to use one beam at a time. Otherwise it will overheat.
The description for these lights on rideindiaride website says, 60W - Can you please let me know if EACH of the aux light is 60W (so its 60w+60w = 120W ) or the combined wattage of both is 60W (30w+30w)? thanks
Its less than 60w total. Max power of one LED is equal to idea 5w and it has 3 lens aux light each lens has 2 LEDs one white and yellow. You will turn on one beam at a time which is less than or equals to 30w total.
30w +30w. I didn’t know that first. But rideindiaride did comment on one of my video where they cleared that.

Hi, That need to be alot of powerful. So use hight power relay.
You can do that. But according to me use separate circuits. One for light and one for horns.

Hi Siva, this harness do not have flashing feature. Its a simple on and off. There are so many other harness available in the market which has flashing feature but those are for single light harness (not for high and low beam ).

Hi, My bike’s battery is of 8ah. Lights working perfectly. Always using on running engine never used on battery alone.
In a different channel they too had 2 different videos on both the 3 lens and 2 lens lights. The 2 lens seems brighter than the 3 lens. Can u please compare the 3 lens and 2 lens lights on a road or highway. I felt the 2 lens was brighter than the 3 lens. Strangely i must say
Unfortunately I can’t show you the difference between 2 lens and 3 lens. Because dual shot model is not available with me anymore. I only have Triple shot model. According to me Triple shot model have idea 20-25% more brighter than the dual shot. I adjusted the lights properly now and will share the video with you soon. So please wait and judge by yourself.
I have the same aux light for the D400 2018 model.....but its controller of wire harness is heating up abnormally....any suggestions??

Hi, its not that complicated. Ek flasher kit aandi hai single light or dual light di. Oh flasher kit jithe mai relay lgai hai othe oh kit lgani hai bas. Kit da mai link search karke send karduga.
Kit te wires ditiya hundiya pehla hi or replay v hundi us vich hi. So extra relay lgan di jarurat ni hundi

Yes its fully waterproof. I ride almost 5-6 hours in full rain in my latest ladakh ride. Even crossed through some small rivers on the way. Lights are perfectly fine.

Hi Ritvik, check you bike’s battery, if your battery is more than 6Ah you can go for this light. And you can also consider dual shot model.

1. Yes I used harness with relays.
2. There are 2 different 4 pin relays. One for low beams and one for hight beam.
3. Yes used safety fuse.
I used a harness to connect the lights. You can make you own harness at home if you don’t want to spend so much money on harness. I uploaded a circuit diagram for dual intensity fog lights check that video.

I used harness from the website "rideindiaride.com". It comes will 4-pin relays (2 relays - one for high beam & one for low beam), safety fuse & one 2-way switch.
Bro I bought the same harness but confused on connection of the switch wiring...plz hlp..... My harness have 2 yellow and 1 blue wire for the switch but the switch have 1 red 1 blue and 1 black wire .....plz hlp..🙏🙏🙏
Hi Abhinash, connect blue wire from harness to the black wire of the switch. Connect any yellow wire to the red and other yellow to the blue and check if you are satisfied with the up and down light with switch (switch up for up light or down for down light otherwise switch the yellow wires.) if still need any help just DM me on my instagram channel.

In lights me problem hai bro… infact ye sari projector based lights me problem hai..
And problem is too much gap in high and low beam, means if you adjust low beam high beam will focus above the road and if you adjust according to high beam, low beam will fall too close to your bike.
But I have found a solution. 😊
Yes you are right. But these lights are actually for the SUVs. We are the one using these lights on motorcycles. These are meant to be high mounted on the roof. Only there these light works properly on high and low beam.

I have actually flipped one light up side down. Means in one light yellow is low beam and in other white is low beam. (Don’t alter the connections)
Now I get same throw for both white and yellow light and throw is well focused on road.

The light I’m using also has 3 wires one for hight beam, one for low beam and one earth.
If you have single beam light then you don’t beed to purchase this. Check the link in the description of this video you will find another product there.
Bhai kya aapne wire cut karke fog light ki wire connect kiye hai to aapki bike ki warranty khatam hai.
Hi, you have to connect a wire with ignition switch wire so fog lights switch off with the key. No I didn’t cut the wire just remove the sleeve of the wire a little to connect the wire. Or one more information if you install anything on your bike you are voiding the warranty anyway.
Video accha hai, liken aap ne ignition pe wire cutting ker diya hai, is se to warrant void ho jayega. Wire cutting aap avoid ker sakte the.
Hi Arijit, I didn’t cut the wire just remove small portion of the insulation. Yes you can avoid that by adding a connector in between. But for you knowledge if you are adding anything aftermarket ( Aux lights, Horn, mobile charger etc) on your bike you are voiding warranty already.

Black wire is -ve wire. Connect it with the body or with -ve terminal of the battery

Hi Sunit, relays provide good amount of power which the LED needs and harness is just the wires to connect everything together. If you don’t want to purchase the harness you can make your own with minimum amount of money. No need to spend Rs. 1500-1600 on readymade harness. If you don’t have knowledge about electrical connection just visit any local electrician he will do the job for you in Rs. 500-600. Hope this will solve your problem and feel free to ask anything if you have more questions.

Hi Udayy, No I don't feel any difference in the radiator fan speed. Mostly I use fog lights on Highways not in local traffic. If you are facing this issue its mainly of two reasons.
1. Your bike battery is of low power (Ah), may be you need more power for fog lights. Don't use lights in local (Low RPM).
2. Your battery is now getting old (More than 3-4 year old).

Bro.. I m from mumbai and purchased same relay.. Currently I am facing an issue with fitting of relay cause I want to make the connection of fog lights and relay as plug and play cause I don't have my own parking and want to keep lights safe ie easily remove the light when not required. I have seen your video and impressed with the information you shared.. The only part which is missing in your video is connection of switch with relay wire.. I have seen your relay and the relay wire which connect with switch ie two wire for white and yellow color light are of same color and third wire of different color.. Whereas in the switch there is red, black and yellow.. Now how to fix this switch connection without any short circuit or damage to lights.. Pls help

Hi Brijesh, As you said you need your connection plug and play you can do this very easily there are many connectors available in the market which are waterproof too. Apke bike ki battery power kya hai. Or kitni purani battery hai? Mercedes type aux kafi powerful light hai usse kafi power chahiye.
Or focus set karke k liye mujhe bhi kafi time lgga adjustment karke k liye. You need to find a good placement. Jitna niche laggaoge utna focus set ayega high and low beam ka. Agar jyada hight pe lagaoge to low or high beam me kafi difference aa jayega.

According to me 4Ah is low in power for these light. Because battery ki total output 48w hai or light 40w ki hai means it take idea 20w at a time. Vo battery se jyada power le rahi is liye battery jaldi down ho rahi hai.

Not everyone has right knowledge and tools to open tank cover (like me). So I did what I thought is the easy and safe to do. But I'm agree with you by opening the tank cover it will be much easier to cross the wire. 👍
