A couple of years back I wrote a love letter to myself. I was really struggling and not really taking good care of myself then (still working on doing better now). I found that letter again a few weeks back and it made me cry. When I was reading it it felt like God was speaking to me through those words. When I was writing them I didn't fully live those words or fully believe them. It was powerful to read it and feel them true, so now I do believe them. There is a piece of divine in all of us including me and I am worth that love and taking care of. It is time to stop being my worst enemy and critic. I am embracing my whole self.
