I believe it could be an adrenaline rush caused by feeling anxious. The feeling as if you are slightly swaying as if on a boat when walking is quite a common symptom of anxiety. Being aware of it does help me as I experience this sensation once I have walked to the village and there are cars going past and I am going into the shops. I don't experience anything like this when I go in the other direction and walk into the countryside and the path through the woods. Nature is very calming. I am quite sensitive to the energy from other people and general business of life in the village and the town near by. Thank you for sharing.

That happened to me, its awful , it doesn't help being sensitive either and spending time with lots of people can be overwhelming so I really enjoyed my work free days. It is lovely listening to your videos ❤ I can relate to pretty much all you say ☺

Good point. We’re told to listen to our intuition all the time and feeling ’bad’ could so easily be misinterpreted as one’s intuition telling us we’ve made a mistake. I became incapacitated by health issues about 10 years ago which has done wonders for my ability to say ‘no.’ 😂🙏 I’ve also radically changed my politics over the last 5 years (I’m 61) which has made me very unpopular with a number of people. It is of course essential that we walk our own path, but if I’m honest, being an individual critical thinker, as opposed to the tribal groupthink we see all around us these days, is pretty lonely. I suppose that’s the point of it, we only learn and grow when we are challenged. Chop wood, carry water. 🤷🏻‍♂️😉🙏

Jehovahs Witnesses are not consistent.They dont celebrate birthdays because they have pagan origins.Weddings, wedding showers and baby showers also have pagan origins yet the witnesses celebrate these.The leaders of the religion pick and choose what they can and cannot celebrate.Then years go by and they change the rules.
