They allow them to become disabled. No benefits to disabled can never be stopped. The criteria to be classed as disabled needs looking into. I know people who get council homes when there is nothing wrong with them and they work for cash in hand .So some are taking advantage of these benefits.
What would be efficient is banning the sales of sugar rich food/ drinks , alcohol and cigarettes! Dont just ban them! Shut down fast food chains also. Cut the rubbish about this community that community and tackle the causative factors.
