Hi Sir !! I had interview with P*yp*l and reached the final Hiring Manager round. Everything went well from my side. But few days after when I called HR she told we are moving with other candidate. Sir is it usual in corporate ? Or is it my fault in the process ?
It's common don't worry .. companies keep back up candidate and in the end they end up taking calls based on who is able to join soon or based on budget not your fault at all the other person they pick need not be because they did better than you in the interview they could have been average but just was immediate joiner ..so don't worry
