@Obi Vincent hard to believe that you're an introvert and an fitness person. I personally feel like being physically active everyday causes anxiety and feels like I can't concentrate on other daily activities. I need atleast 2 hours of mental and physical rest after my workout. But the thing is I don't have that much time as I work a 9-5 job.
I'm so thankful to you for the content you're creating I'm not able to travel at the moment. So I'm experiencing this with you 👍😁

Honestly sometimes it is good to just step out there and try new experiences.. i did have two days of “alone” time by myself which i filmed and will share next upload. I like to be around people in small doses then recharge and repeat 😅

Also Prince Street Pizza is the best in the city very good choice by ur guide. I also recommend food wise to go to Carmines on the upper west side very good Italian food.

Obi, as far as ''traveling'' goes to see different places in the world (which is your goal like you also mentioned at the end of the video) would you always keep living in London (in your sweet apartment by the way)? Or is your goal to go to a place/country anywhere else in the world? If so, which country or cities do you want to live?
I have been thinking about this alot and i am not sure yet but I definitely want to live in other places for longer than a few months just to enjoy the life and culture of different countries. I spent most of my life in London and didn’t try and be adventurous but lately I realised life is short and if i am lucky enough to travel i will take the opportunity for sure!
