After watching a few of your videos I couldn't help but subscribe. I find this to so much more than a fitness channel. I'm 64 and wouldn't begin to attempt some of the workouts you do, but none the less I'm still inspired to do the things I can. But more than the fitness, as a fellow introvert, I am drawn to you as a person. I find your authenticity, and vulnerability something unique and refreshing. I also like the chill vibe of your videos and the music you choose. I call it soothing inspiration. I appreciate your channel, and wish you all the best. I am a fan of Obi Vincent.

One of my favorite hidden gems in NYC is Fort Tryon park!! Take the A train uptown and get off at 190th. Enter and take the hike all the way up to the top. Gorgeous views!!

It's crazy, I've lived in NY for over 30 years and haven't been to any of those places except for Madison Square Park. I can't imagine wanting to leave the UK for the US but I guess the grass is always greener.
