I am actually finding a lot of success with power farming. I play phoenix max udyr and get up to 3 levels advantage in a lot of games :D

@@xPlusUltra_ If you wanna try hard , then only buy Dark Seal and Liandry pretty much every game. Go magic boots + approach on secundary and take flash( You can also run ghost if you are more comfortable with it). Boots are situational (Tabis, mercs or swifts), tho mercs have smaller value. You go full tank from there and it will depend on the enemy's comp, tho i recommend having at least one item with cdr.(Don't go Mejai unless you think the game is going to end soon).
Funny how a jungle specific champion like Master Yi is in C tier while AP champions that aren't meant to be played as jungle like Brand and Rumble sits on S tier. Nice one Riot Phreak, you can finally reach Diamond this patch.

If Brand and Rumble weren't meant to be played as jungle they wouldn't get buffs for jungle.
brands kit is perfect for jungle but if youy wanna sit on the crying side of the fence go ahead. these items single handedly made brand actually popular. Some of us are actual brand mains. DOn't be weird becuase u get bopped by jgl brands.

Think you're a little low on viego, udyr, and kindred. They have really good win rates this patch.
I think hecarim is in an identity crisis. They tried to make him an assassin... but his kit is still bruiser esk. Q damage has to ramp up, w is supposed to heal, and e/r is Cc. But if you build bruiser you do 0 damage and if you build assassin you do half the damage of other assassin's anyways lol.

As a new player that picked up udyr and loves him I go for that about every match it's just feels the best for me also I only run ghost not flash because I like the movement speed in combination with the e just feels better to me personally

Been having success with zyra in low elo. Tali is a struggle low elo since the nerfs.

I'm high diamond shaco/ww 2trick pony and I think you are underestimating Shaco a bit. Ad shaco is propably B+ and ap shaco is A tier. Also a good shaco can easily outplay yi imo. But I haven't played against really good yi players so idk for sure.
I think there should be a "strong for smurfing" tier. Like yes true its easier for a Vi to have impact consistently but its not as bad if she snowballs. A good belveth that snowballs even after the nerfs is a pure nightmare and has potential to be 1v9, unlike a Vi. Meta favors mage clearers like khartus, brand, and the reason they're so good is because people fail to punish those picks. Gwen also has potential to be 1v9: she clears really well, she hops over small walls, she has demonic split push and with a lead and hands she can take on multiple opponents, which is impossible with other champions on this list. To me this tierlist is a good tierlist of how strong those picks feel in the hands of a random.

I want to see Taric jg become actually viable. I love some of his bs. And itd be cool to have a support bruiser in the jg going on. Maybe with some mr scaling and increased monster damage on pasisve

Yi is so bad I felt like jungle clearing was unusual slow and damage non existent. He has one 1 role yet they buff people who fill 2-4 roles l
Diana is absolutely broken in low elo. The fact that she can solo baron with 3-4 items makes her perma ban.
Disagree about Morgana. She has a good CS clear with W and wonderfully clears grubs with same W again. Walk into lane. Q. Secure kill.

oh ive been playing D Tier junglers in grandmaster at the moment didnt even know.
theres no way we are even acknowledging +4 armor + 3 ad 90 hp at lvl 18 as buffs even, adds up to 1 small component if u add the gold value of all the buffs at LEVEL 18 WHEN GAME IS OVER

Master Yi feels so terrible to play. I did more damage than my top, mid and adc all combined, but still lost the game. Can't carry these worthless losers. Also, even though Master Yi is D tier, he got banned in 2 of 3 of my games last night :D
