Game changing hair hack…. Move to Arizona! I went from a humid climate (lived in the Midwestern United States), to the dry desert climate of Arizona. Now when I curl my fine/ thin hair, curls last all day with no need for product. Almost every day is a good hair day, I love my hair now.

My hair is thin fine and was balding but I have managed to care for it over the last 2 years and it is growing back. I don't use heat at all in my hair as it falls out when it stretches as my hair is afro:)

I have thin and fine hair. I wash my hair once a week, use a healthy shampoo and the conditioner is applied only from the ear down. Never on the scalp. I have dry shampoo, but I only use that around my bangs since I touch them so often.
Also, try not to brunch your hair too much when it's wet, do not use hair elastics too much (use softer hair ties), you can do a loose braid at night to avoid breaking, just don't use elastics. Or tie it with ribbon. :)
For curls, I use the vintage method of setting lotion, spray bottle, soft foam curlers, and sleeping on them overnight, The first day your hair is SUPER curly, but they last for days :)
Overall, be gentle with your hair. Start brushing near the bottom first then gently brush the rest. Don't dye it too often or expose it to harsh chemicals all the time. Thin and fine hair is like a little baby. lol

Love these tips! I was every three days and try not to use any heat on my hair on non-wash days. I use conditioner from the ears down-not close to my scalp. I also sleep in a very loose bun so it doesn’t get all tangled and messy when I sleep. These have been life-changing!

This is all excellent advice. I would add don’t blow dry it at all. I have very fine hair and when it’s dried naturally it gets great looking volume but when it’s blow dried it falls completely limp and lifeless looking. Plus curls tend to all fall out in less than an hour. When I want curls I wear a hair piece.

Thank you so much for watching. Definitely agree with the blow drying as well, however when I want more volume it helps to blow dry the roots for a few seconds. ❤️

Hi: Which Halo do you recommend?

    • @suzannehall5200

@@uponfashionw6352 I like to wear my hair up away from my face so I wear clip on ponytails or chignons rather than halos. The brand I prefer is a British brand called Hairdo and they also make a few really nice halos both straight and curly. I get them through the TV shopping network but you can also find them new on ebay.

I used to use heat every day in my hair when I was younger because I just really wanted to have straight hair, but I have learned to love the waves in my hair a lot more these days. I always have had oily hair for as long as I could remember and I wash my hair once or twice a week, depending on how I am feeling.

I'd say skip conditioner altogether I'd opt for very light oils at the ends....
Water down your shampoo b4 applying
Get a good filtered shower head...
    Don't use heat....unless u must
    Eat Organic fruits and vegetables
#1pray...God hears n cares...about what you care about.
Organic apples n carrots....Help....😇oh yes 1 day i Will have products on the market 😊

    I just wear custom make
wigs to hide my grays and thin edges from braids. Great tips, heat and product like edge control destroyed my edges. I didn't know too much conditioner does that !?

    •  3 роки тому

I definitely don’t think conditioner destroys hair, more it will make your hair super flat and lifeless. 😬😬😬

@ yes that's what I meant I didn't know it makes the hair look flat and thinning. I got struggled edges from braids and ponytails 😩

    Great tips!
Which is better "silk" or "satin" pillow cases . . . or does it matter? Also, can you include a link as to where to buy one? Tnx so much!

Silk is better, also for the skin but theyre harder to find and cost more and you cant wash them in the washmaschine

    • @LivingMyBestLifeIAm

Satin is not a fabric. It’s a weave type. Silk is, of course natural not man made. Therefore it has many benefits but you’ll pay for it! Cha Ching $$$
