I didn't go back through the video to check, but it seemed to me that the colossi lived for a really, really, really long time. There must be a couple of executors in there. Ivanilla called it - they didn't make vikings. But they also implied that the liberators were useless. Well yeah, if you're using them as pitiful anti air instead of sieging them up they're useless. As much as the lack of ghosts was obviously an issue, the game turned on liberator usage. On the occasions they were being sieged up, terran had complete control and was way ahead on resources lost. When they weren't sieged that all changed. The fight in the protoss main was the "I didn't learn my lesson" moment. Terran dropped from 126 army supply to 64. Protoss went from 116 to 80. One disurptor kills 18 supply at 27:09, long after it should have been destroyed by liberators... which are instead busy throwing confetti into the air.
29:50 How can a MASTERS Terran player sieging up liberators BACKWARDS!!?? This just blows my mind. He absolutely threw this game away, Terran had this in the bag a few minutes ago. Unbelievable!!!

The bit about only making marine/marauder triggered a memory I still have from beta of the day I learned that vikings hit colossus because of how tall they are. Makes me tear up a little
Harstem, about people who try to pay less than agreed... There's always spite as well. You could tell them the deal is off and you are no longer selling them the chair. Then you wait for them to leave, give it a little extra time, then carry the chair down to the sidewalk and leave it there with a piece of paper on it that says "FREE CHAIR." If this isn't illegal where you live, consider this method if you can't find a qualified buyer that will pay the agreed price. Whenever I do this with unwanted furniture at my place, it's gone very quickly. I'll set out an extra shelf by the road, go back inside my house. Have a glass of water. Then five minutes later, I'll look out my window. There's already some soccer mom tackling the shelf and dragging it into the back of her minivan like a leopard skulking away with prey in its jaws to feed its young.
wtf is this comment. "if someone wont pay you for some furniture you don't want just put it on the curb" thanks I guess? you can also use the take-a-pennys at the gas station if you are a few cents short too
I love the advancement in your casts lately. As a daily watcher of you and lowko its been awesome. the fight simulation for that adept fight at the terran base really hits home!
I kind of get when there was 9ish Phoenix that feels like an uphill battle to only then start Vikings, but 1 or 2 Ghosts could just EMP the Phoenix/other units & then Viking+MMM could wreck that considering no Storm & low Disruptor count at that time.
Funny thing is, at no point Ivanilla needed ghosts or vikings. He could just attack toss army when he was maxed and toss wouldn't be able to remake whatever units he lost because he had no eco and only 1 base working. It's just unbelievable how much terran can accomplish with a combination of t1 barracks units and 3-4 medivacs.
Protoss going Glaive Adepts without the Glaives upgrade was truly a big brain moment. I feel attacked by the grocery shopping comment because I am 100% guilty of it.
I love how he brought up he survived mass adept without mentioning that the adepts routed his marine balls before going into his base also he managed to do all the wrong things with liberators the toss was able to do that wonky build order because he got away with so much

4:50 Well I mean by giving that guy the sale you're creating the problem. If the go-to response to that kind of haggling was just a flat "no sale" then people wouldn't keep trying it. If they win by doing it, that teaches them to keep doing it.
Surely at the grandmaster or slightly below level, they've worked out how to tab through units to use stim or emp right...maybe not using ghosts due to the extra hotkeys? Slightly slow reactions for using libs as well...all in all though they play well above anything I could muster....still suck though and imbalance is unjust.
This just came across as somebody who wanted to complain for the sake of it. "I know Vikings are the best AA, and I lost cause I didn't have very good AA, but it's their fault somehow."
For once I understand the terrans frustration. He did outplay his opponent consistently in the game. All the protoss had to do was sit back and amass a 200 supply a move army. But in the end T should have realized he needed to fight a lot more on the other side of the map so that his superior economy enabled him to remax much faster
