Polestar has some of the best looking EVs on the market - great design. The rear view camera in the Polestar 4 is better than the rear view in my Tesla Model Y.
Omg, Gav. You drove past my house. I live in Ngongotahā and I love the snack (and milk) sold by this dairy. I'm almost offended that you didn't stop in and say hi.
Am curious of those 517km which is impressive what speeds did the roads have were they 100-110km/h roads or 80-90km/h roads? Would be curious to know how the Polestar 3 goes on the same trip. How are your new solar panels going btw? When Polestar say V2H are they going to provide some type of system to use whereby should the power go out an ATS switch kicks in within a few microseconds to disable the outbound grid connection so as to protect those amazing men & women out there fixing the lines and poles meanwhile you are enjoying the electrons from your 80kWh battery pack feeding into your house but still is getting topped up by your solar?
I was thinking the same, they make Welsh place name pronunciations look simple but I think Welsh spelling is more interesting with FF, YY and a few others
I thought the same, but if you grow up with it, I'd imagine it's second nature. I think of local places to me like Ypsilanti, Schoenherr, Saginaw, Ocqueoc, Munising, Naubinway, Ishpeming, etc. Those are fairly easy to pronounce when you grew up with them.
This is definitely Magnesium. It can look quite differntly depending on the lighting conditions. I have it on my Polestar 2 and ordered a Polestar 4 in the same colour!
I compared prices tesla and polestar with Australia tesla is 2000 cheaper here than Australia and polestar 34000 more expensive than Australia it means Polestar dealers ripping off customers here in Nz
Sadly it has got range by battery size. Wouldn’t buy for a few reasons…I’d never spend that much, battery size / efficiency and dog mode…couldn’t realistically put a dog in the boot with that visibility. A dongle linked to ABRP is brilliant btw.
19 kWh for a 100 km/h when possible rural streets test? My Tesla Y SR RWD has in this case typical 12 kWh/100 km. In a special drive style, I call telephone style, even just 10 kWh. Telephone style means on the highway behind a big car to make all the time telephone calls.
I'm just impressed that coffee did not spill 😅
The coffee was terrifying.
Had a chance to look over one at a car show recently and was very impressed with. the interior.
It has a Car-man Hard-on sound system!

Drove it today.Great car...
Watched for the car review, stayed for the limpet mine! 😆
Seeing how few potatoes it can hold, I do not regret getting the EQS.
How does the rear camera cope with rain drops? The biggest bugbear of my Polestar 2 is no rear wash wipe. So rear visibility isn’t great
Great review! Sounds like it's like a Model 3 and a Cadillac had a baby that somehow ended up Swedish!
Designed in Sweden Made in China.
Love your style!
If they have a cabin camera they could track your head and move the mirrors view around just like a real one
Which did you prefer for driving, AWD or RWD?
Great Review! Love your personality.
His personality or his potatoes?

how long do you take practicing those pronunciations?
I was thinking the same, they make Welsh place name pronunciations look simple but I think Welsh spelling is more interesting with FF, YY and a few others
Do a level 1 Te Reo course. Quite useful and the prononciation isn’t actually that hard.

We grow up with it.... I'm 64 yrs old, no dramas but often fun to hear tourists mangle it 😂
I have a model 3, i would take the Polestar no questions asked
Best car !!!!!!
I may have missed this in the video. Is this magnesium or electron?
same question :) I think it's electron

Awesome
Come on. Everybody knows that under the bonnet is the bonnibox.
I wish Polestar would do a small car with the same design
I have heard the P7 is meant to be that
@16:45 I'm told we lived in Hamilton when I was an infant, I don't remember any of it, are you saying that's a good thing
Nice car, but that price is stratospheric, a real 1%er car imo.
This is magnesium, right?
Seated heats is really a thing nowadays.
Well, as I age, I understand less and less Kiwi ... He does know most of us, like Pav, though.
It would make a good tow mobeeel
Kiwis as in the fruit just like the POLESTAR 4 were made in China. A Kiwi is a Chinese Gooseberry.

For that money, I'd rather buy two Model 3s 🙂
You could buy three MG4s
But you can’t drive both cars at the same time
In a very different class to a M3.
Totally different vehicle to Model 3 though. This is more of a Macan alternative.
Exact@@kuribojim3916
He is so sexy.
If you say so. Seems like a nice guy, but sexy?
Everyone is looking at it because it looks so stupid without the rear window.
POTATOS!!!!!!!!!!!
This car is so uggly
Tesla, Volvo, Polestar aaaand Renault
They also use Android Automotive OS 🫡
Not Tesla anyway.
