    I bought the Dyson air straight and I honestly was disappointed by it. It doesn’t give me that sleek, shiny straight hair look that I get with my GHD flatiron.
    Sure, it dries my hair within 3 passes, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. I find myself reaching for my normal flatiron or the Dyson air wrap over the Dyson air straight.

    • @DeborahWalkerXOXO
      @DeborahWalkerXOXO Рік тому +22

      If you're using it as a hair dryer only, to give you that initial straighten before finishing with styling, isn't it good for that? Also, the issue with the roots? Can you get it into the roots?

    • @MAYBEE90

    Dyson has become a status symbol. It kind of always has been but when they came out with a hair styling product it just made it even more hyped. If someone out there really wants this, more power to them, but at the end of the day Dyson knew damn well what they’re doing by entering the hair styling tools market. Basically what I’m saying is, you can do your hair without dropping thousands on Dysons products.

  • @eryl1535

    I spent thousands of dollars in very expensive hair products such as blow dryers, hair straighteners, irons, heatless DIYs, shampoos, conditioners, etc. I didn’t wanted to spend almost $600 in another one but I ended up buying this dyson airstraight and I don’t regret it because for my hair type nothing else worked like this machine. It’s worth my investment and I love it. I wish this would’ve existed before, now I don’t know what to do with all the other hair products I bought. I would buy it again❤️

    I've been looking for this product for 13 years! I had a friend who had something similar 13 years ago. I don't know if this is the exact one. But, what it did for my 4b hair... I was in love! I had been going into beauty shops requesting for a flat iron that acts as a blow dryer and has a motor sound, like a blow dryer. No one ever knew what I was talking about. I'd search for it online every few years, but would only run into those wet to dry flat irons and I knew they weren't it because they didn't make the sound. I was beginning to think the product was non-existing and that it was all in my head or something. That, or my friend stole someones prototype. I decided to search for it one more time today and I think I finally found it 13 years later. Just to find out it's $500!😭 My friend definitely stole that thing from someone. Cause we all poor around here. Also... I'm so glad you didn't play music over the sound. Every video I found before yours had music playing over it but I needed to hear the sound for confirmation. I will definitely be saving up for it.

    I don't have any other Dyson products.
    Yes, it's great, and it's fast, but my Revlon blow Dry brush makes my hair look much better and shinier.
    The trade-off is that this will most likely leave your hair healthier, especially if you have textured hair.
    Also, The dyson is not good to travel with for many reasons, least of all being that it's super heavy.

    If y’all are looking for something that might give a similar effect for a fraction of the price (albeit using more heat and I also can’t compare the two because I don’t have the Dyson) I’d try the revlon one-step volumizer. It’s a round brush and dryer in one and it does a great job straightening my 3a curls with just some minimal touching up needed with a flat iron. I know it’s not exactly the same, but it’s less than a tenth of the price of the Dyson (and you can often find it on sale) and effective.

    It might dry fast (and I'm not sure about it), but I wonder what such temperatures would do to your hair, especially if you use it daily. Hair straighteners are not recommended for daily use, but when you use it on wet hair I guess it's even worse. If you want to loose your length or end up bald, go for it...

Just curious I use Bellamini but I heard there’s a lot more better hair extensions out there like people don’t know a lot about foxylocks that’s really good quality I’ve tried them I just got a 20 inch and I’m looking for a 22 inch they might be a tiny tiny bit more expensive, but they’re well worth it

    Larry King, a very well known British hairstylist to many stars uses Dyson products. He swears by Dyson, but as someone said you have to be rich to own these products. He has at least 3 salons in London & 1 in Monoco France. He's a great stylist, and he's also Rich!!! Dyson makes great products, but I'm not buying it unless it's their vacuum cleaner...LOL!!!
