    Wooden spoon
    Fine mesh strainer

    200ml quinoa
    400ml coconut milk

    What spices would you recommend to add t?
    I thought that ginger, cloves and cardamon would suit this dish.

      Thank you! Your ideas sound great. The next things to try on my list for this recipe are;
      Variation 1: Add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric to add some color and a pinch of salt.
      Variation 2: Use one stalk of lemongrass. Add only the bottom part crushed during the cook and remove it when it's done.
      Variation 3:. The classic 1 teaspoon of ginger and 2 cloves of garlic.
      Variation 4: One-pot dish with pan-frying shallots, garlic, red pepper, and chicken.
