Thank you for sharing your recipe! I'm not very good in English... la probe apenas esta semana gracias a una amiga y me gusto. y buscando recetas encontre esta que me parece fantastica y se ve deliciosa asi que lo voy a hacer. ya que mi hijo y yo estamos tratando de comer mas saludable. gracias!!!
I have made this recipe once and now my Asian family is hooked on it. We all love it and as she mentioned it’s really easy to make Happy I came across this recipe.
I always place my vegetable scraps in a freezer container in freezer. I add to the container until it's full. Once full take out of freezer add water to cover in a large Dutch oven on top stove. Boil until Vegetables scraps cooked. Now drain the broth into another container once cooled. Makes fantastic Vegetable Broth.
My landlord made it today, it’s such a rare, perfect dish❤ extremely healthy yet so simple to make! She also added chickpeas, corns, and few slices of apples
Learned something new, only thing I did different was add sazon seasoning to the quinoa and put a little bit in the bowl. I also added corn and tomatoes. Taste GREAT, I know its gonna taste better tomorrow and when its it's cold.
My My My! I love this salad and so does my husband. Thank you so much for sharing. I'm focused on eating healthier; this is definitely a winner. THANKS AGAIN 🤪😋😊
Always put my cilantro and parsley in water and Covered with plastic bag and in fridge now learned about the scallions - good tips....Thank You. Going to make the salad.
Thank you Elizabeth. My digestive system loves black beans. This will be another great way to add it to our healthy diet. And a cooled salad is great living in Florida. You solved my garlic flavor mystery. Years ago I threw out my garlic press from get this 1970 that was hard to clean and opted for chopping instead but wondered why there was so much less garlic flavor in my dishes. Thanks for the gastronomic explanation. Must buy a new easy to clean one.
Thank you for this delicious recipe, I made it, but I used 1 can red bean and 1 can black bean also I added 1 onion it was very delicious, my husband was impressed with all the flavors, we had it with steam fish.
I like that your cooking video because it’s not rushed , it’s more enjoyable, in my opinion! I actually want to learn through these style of cooking videos instead of the quick not factual, too short videos if i have to choose. ☺️
I just made this delicious dish last night! It was the most delicious 😋 everyone loved it and thank you for the wonderful recipe. I surely will be making it again.
I tried this today, and I was so glad I did! There was no lime at the shop so I just used freshly squeezed lemon juice instead. Thanks for sharing this easy-to-prepare, tasty, healthy and refreshing quinoa and black bean salad, Elizabeth! 😊 GOD bless you and your family!
Thank you Elizabeth, great refreshing recipe. All the good stuff and plenty of proteins! I will also try that tip on putting green oignons and herbs in jars of water, I throw them out too often. How long do you think we could keep that recipe in the fridge? Thanks again!
I'm making this for my children's school staff as we are having a free lunch for staff day! Many of the teachers are vegans so I know they'll love this hopefully as much as I do!
this looks beautiful and was so incredibly well presented. i really liked the nuggets of nutritional information and the storage tips! i'm sure its not easy when you're focused on making a concise, beautiful presentation video, but as a teacher and 'influencer' i'd love to see you make a point of throwing away less food though. the 5cm 'white' part of spring onion is perfectly good onion and there was a lot more left on those bell peppers. unless you grew everything yourself, they have all travelled quite a way.
