Heard that this team should be able to do as much as 13 million if modded correctly and if played correctly. I made a bunch of mistakes and still go 8.1 million.

He didn't annihilate that turn because his first auto was deflected by foresight, thereby leaving his annihilate ability at 1 cooldown. During his second turn he landed the auto which reduced annihilate down to zero. The same thing happened to me my first run. Thanks for the vid

What the team needs is a healer so that after they get the annihilate and go to 1 health they can get back up again. And I think that’s what visas Marr was designed for
yeah im sure she will be the key to breaking the raid
Not sure about this phase though.Visa gets a LOT of assists, which are....BASIC attacks, which are bad on Nihilus.
havocgr1976 The basic attacks cease to matter once her protection is all gone. At that point Nihlus has nothing to steal.
havocgr1976 she also dispels debuffs on herself and an ally with her basic so the Defense down would go away and she wouldn’t lose any protection

Non heroic raids always have way more health than heroic raids because they are intended to be multi-day events
Pay to win raid is a whole new level in the pay to win game industry

Love it. I'm sure this is obvious to you but a cool mechanic of this raid is everybody is gonna need 5 full teams! Looking forward to depth discussion beyond the meta toons
One thing I noticed in the vid is that every single time you buff a team member Nihilus turn meter slightly goes down. When I threw my 5 rotations in I was trying really dumb stuff and Logray ended up on one of those teams, he has a similar turn meter reduction as Rey that completely sapped Nihilus turn meter. It also looks like foresight works extremely well at controlling some of his high impact hits.
That was my screenshot for the 10,900,161 damage (I'm in DBofficial125's guild) after about 15 tries. You did well MobileGamer for your first try! My only tips are to always smokescreen Jedi Training Rey and if RNG is with you always Unbreakable Will either of the Reys as they have the best chance of bouncing back with better health steal.
You did fine, especially as a first try. Give that team a try with Hermit Yoda instead of Resistance Trooper; apparently it's really good because his heals provide a lot more sustainability.
That is actually a really good idea.
Just realised, it might not work well, cus Yoda uses his basic to heal, which gives Nihilus Protection.
The basic only restores protection if it's an attack on Nihilus and the character using the basic is debuffed.

Avery Salak We have 30% of p1 down in tier 6 after 40 people hit it. It won't last long once we figure it out.
That 10.9m from my guild is my main guild, not even a mega guild at 109m

If you recall, the AAT raid was EXTREMELY durable on its release (especially non heroic) and was later toned down. Just sayin.
someone in my guild already got 6 million on p1.
I found a Wedge lead with biggs, CLS, Raid han, and Chirrut is pretty effective too. Good dmg, turn meter gain, and health steal

why was the total damage dealt 8+ million but if you add up the toons totals it was 2.54 million?

Don't forget that Darth Nihilus has Protection.
he had it once at the start of the battle...not worth 5.5 million, even if you added in assassin and marauder that still doesn't add up. I think it must be a glitch or a bug.

Mobilegamer...how are you getting Rey to remove TM from DN? Is because the potency boost from BB8/R2? Cause I couldn't get any of my toons, some with 80%+ potency, to put a dent into him. The only debuff/effect I could get to stick reliably was Deathmark ...because it cannot be resisted haha... I'm think buff immunity is going to be important in the raid too. When my CLS could land it, it was helpful.
It's because Rey's mindtricks removes extra TM when the debuffs are resisted (ability block, daze, offense down, speed down), and the TMR can't be resisted. Nihilus has stacking tenacity to it's very difficult to get any negative status to land on him.
You can see the countdowns for nihlus in the upper right hand corner that way you know when to use the special to save the toon
I made that same mistake at first, but learned that although Raid boss gets 2 actions he can't reduce his cooldowns in the middle of a turn, unless it is because of a skill. meaning that both actions only count as 1 turn.
I won't love this channel nearly as much if Mobile ever stops fumbling over words.
Anybody else notice it say 8mil but when you add up the chars dmg it only adds up to 2.5mil?
Damage from expose isn't counted in there, but I still think there is something wrong with the counter because I doubt exposes do that much extra damage
It shows damage to health in the final screen but totals damage to protection and health, so health damage is 2.5 and overall damage is 8
Each expose is doing 59,802 damage, so it actually sounds about right
jomanLo that should be the opposite, because a lot of people have been going in with Phoenix and only hitting protection. their final damage is 0 but each character shows the actual damage they hit, so the extra damage must be from exposes.
3:32 - You should have totally done that. It would have been hilarious!!! Anyhoo - I'm kinda confused out right now. I have yet to remove ANY tm from Nihilus. At all. I'm seeing vids of it, and asked my guild members but haven't checked for a response yet. Something I'm missing???
Curious to see if a Sith lineup with the characters in the "Sith Raid Bundle" from the store are worthy competitors. I see everyone trying JTR lineups but nobody is using Nihilus, Stroop and Sith Assassin...

Hey! Thanks for posting this! Really cool man! As always thanks! SO in the line up you put out there, I personally would have preferred for the Resistance trooper to go down first. Which brings me to my next question, why trooper instead of Finn? They both have expose on their 2nd attack, Fin has higher dmg on basic and more HP and a cleanse + HoT for him, and with Rey JT Leader, cooldown is going to go down almost at the same rate as trooper and with everyone else getting a crit and causing expose. So why save trooper in your battle? And why didn't you take Finn over trooper to begin with?
blownapart100 that's not a bad idea for the cleanse, but overall I think RT is still better because of his turn meter gain when an enemy gets exposed. Plus the goal is to use specials rather than basics, so I think RT wins there as well.
Sooooo being a bit new here.... is this how you guys felt back when the AAT raid came out?
AAT was tuned insanely high. I have a feeling they will dial this one back a bit in 2 to 3 weeks.
At tier 6 you did great. We are only starting at tier 3 just to get a feel for it for the first time.
I have found that if you can get nihillus to annihilate either one of the droids or JTR you can use JTR or BB8 ability to heal things when they dodge to get their health back up.
Scavenger Rey also has high enough health steal it isn't a bad option to have nihilus hit her either.
This raid is super tough. It's his extra turns that are the killer. Really need a good healer to survive after anhilate
Can the game changers provide different videos or perhaps different lineups when you post these videos?
What about replacing RT or some other toon with a healer like Bariss or Luminare?
Hey i was thinking what about a team with Daka, GK, NSZ, GAT and Hera? Can hand out alot of revives quickly
2 of my guild mates got 2 million within an hour of the raid being launched, and as far as I know I don’t think their whales so it gives me confidence. But Pheniox and Finn both got 400k for me in phase 1 so I still have a ways to go.

My guild is only working on tier 4 right now, but an all Jawa team does surprisingly well in phase 1

That's great. But if you don't have Rey or BB8. What you have either? What's an alternate team line up?
Does Annihilate take out Nightsister Zombie for good or does she pop back up? Maybe some nightsisters with some R2 would bypass the instant kills.

I would suggest swapping Resistance Trooper for Visa Marr. She will call in extra hits, heal and revive if you do lose a character.
Not sure if it's been said yet, but Nighstister Zombie doesn't die on Nihilus' annihilate, so something to think about.
JTR heals really fast after being taken down to 1 health, I recommend trying to make her the designated indomitable will character

Hey MobileGamer I found a solution to a problem. U see, Nihilus ignores protection. So I think we should use Nihilus lead. It would make Sith teams survive longer, esp for Phase 1. With protection converted to health, Nihilus wouldn't easily KO your sith toons. Nihilus is key to beating the Sith Triumvirate Raid as a whole
You should only use RTrooper’s special on an enemy with a buff, and use it to remove the buffs of Nihilus. Nihilus gets crazy speed bonuses already, you don’t want him to also have speed up.
Does Nihlious’s annihilate have the text “can’t be revived” because if not Revive Characters are going to be amazing!

You played it well actually. A few small mistakes. But that’s just because like everyone else you are not used to the AI for this raid. 8mill is twice the best players in my guild got there first attempt. On T6 orT5
One last thought I had replace resistance trooper with visas marr. I can't try it, but I think it could be good.
Ran shit geared/modded Boba Fett leader, zam, dengar, ig88, Barriss in a t5 and did 750k. Mind trying this out on the test server :p really want bounty hunters to be viable some where :D
Add Hoda to this team! I did 11 mil! Hoda keeps secret Intel rolling and then heals everyone after DN uses annihilate - it works really well

Someone in my guild took mars up to gear 10 and they did 1m with cls lead, Ezra, og Han, Princess Leia and marrs he said marrs helped multiple times for all the multiple attacks they would do on counter or when they would attack more the. Once on basic

Have seen CLS lead hit 1 million, ackbar lead 1.2 million with ATF. Wampa has potential here if he could get rolling...

I did top of my guild in T6 with 55mil, I did 20 mil in phase 4 alone using: Jynz, ST Han, Ezra, Acolyte, and Leia. This team works best when it’s just Traya left. I’d probably switch out acolyte for raid Han but this was all I had at the time. Also this might not work soon because I saw a posy yesterday saying they might hotfix it. So try it before it’s fixed lol. Han must have taunt and the immunity buff for it to work, basically he will feed TM and never get a turn. I hope there is a better way to beat this that will unfold soon because this way is very lame and once Han has taunt and immunity you can’t just leave. The game starts to run like crap as well once she has like 2k+ buffs on her( Traya). I’m looking for alternatives to beat this raid but this is one.

Kenny Bairstow nililus gets bonuses when you hit him with basics. That's why zody doesn't work in this raid

I did 4mill the first day and 9 mill on day 2 with this team. I used the special on Rey each time instead of R2 because she has health steal that R2 doesn’t have

I feel like a Zader lead might be good for this with maybe Jyn to reduce all the turn meter u can and try and maximize survivability by adding a character that can heal

I come from a guild where half of the members can auto HAAT. Yet when this raid came out, none of us can do over 500k damage to the raid boss.

I think using the team you would against the pigs/Rancor monitoring turn metre would do wonders. So maybe try CLS, JTR, BB8, R2 And Thrawn

I think you need better healing. Maybe swap out old Rey for Barris or churrit. They aren't great damage dealers but I don't thing bb8 heals well enough.
U should do the Ewok team they are effective on the first raid
