HOW TO MOUNT TIRES ON BEADLOCK WHEELS

This is strictly for the guys/girls who have never done this before or just need a refresher on doing it. Mounting tires to beadlock wheels is pretty standard across the board but bolt sizes and torque specs can vary. This video is specifically for the Weld RTS series.

Tools/Things needed:
1.) 8mm 12-point socket and ratchet.
2.) in/lb torque wrench.
3.) Soapy water.
4.) Adjustable wrench
Steps to completion:
1.) Install valve stem assembly into wheel using small adjustable wrench to tighten nuts.
2.) Apply soapy water to back inner edge of tire and push onto the wheel. (REMEMBER TO CHECK ROTATION ON RADIALS)
3.) Place beadlock ring onto face of wheel over the bolt holes and clamping the tire to the wheel.
4.) Install washers and bolts @ 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock hand tight.
5.) Install rest of washers and bolts hand tight (THEY MAY RESIST SLIGHTLY SO MAKE SURE YOU'RE LINED UP PROPERLY AND DON'T BE AFRAID TO GIVE A LITTLE EXTRA FORCE)
6.) Start torque series. Going 12, 6, 3, 9 o'clock repeatedly until all bolts are at spec. (FIRST TORQUE PASS IS 50IN/LBS. SECOND PASS 100IN/LBS. THIRD PASS 150IN/LBS. FOURTH PASS 175INLBS. AND FINALLY THE FINAL PASS IS 221IN/LBS AKA 18FT/LBS.
7.) Inflate tire and have balanced.
8.) Once correct lug nuts are acquired, install wheels.
