yeah well the reason why hes not as active as before is of back problems... he used to play hockey in his younger days and as a result his spine and knees is messed up, in most days he is in very bad pain but he tries to ignore it and do his job...

The fact that he made it so much more of a conversation than just him talking to the camera, and kept the whole crew laughing the whole time, just shows how sweet and amazing of a person he is 💕 would die to meet him one day
I really enjoy these interviews because you can hear the crew actually interacting with and responding to the guests. It really humanizes everybody they have on, which is really refreshing and sweet.

I was working at the ABC (Australian Broadcasting Corporation) and was looking after him in our green room. He was the most genuine, hilarious and charismatic man, it really shows in his interactions how amazing of a guy he is. Love Steve!
He is so polite about everything and so charming. He reminds me of like a fun and slightly bookish uncle who has the best stories

Just watching Steve Carrell talk and giggle with people about snacks has been the best thing I've seen this week.
Steve Carell's laugh is so contagious! He easily makes everything more lively and fun.
The thing about Steve Carell that I've always admired about him is his personality and his natural sense of humor. Doesn't matter what role he plays because you just know that he's gonna have fun with it and there were so many movies where Steve has laughed at his own jokes. Been a fan of his since The Office and he just keeps getting better over the years.
Beautiful Boy was his most fun film imo.
I've also heard tons if stories that actors will come watch him do his scenes even if they don't need to be on set that day because Steve is so amazing to watch

Seeing him laughing made me realize that he actually used his real laugh in the office.
I know it sounds dumb, but I love him even more for that.
The way a celeb treats/talks to the crew, especially in videos like this, gives you a pretty good indication of how they are as a person. Based on that criteria, Steve Carell is one of the best dudes in the business!

What’s amazing is to see Steve Carrell play bad guys. He was on The Morning Show for a few seasons, and it was hard to believe it was the same guy. So, on top of everything else, he’s a really good actor.
