Hi there, the bearing in my lds on a deebot 950 is worn. It still operates but i want to order a replacement lds assembly. Mine is V06, i can find used lds of v06 or new lds v03. Can i use either?
I have a Ozmo 920 series and the vacuum reports: 'my laser distance sensor is blocked please clean it' I have taken the laser motor assembly apart and have thououghly cleaned it with compressed air (although it was not particulalry fouled) Could the laser module itself have failed? If so, can I buy a replacement module? Many thanks
Hello! I have a DEEBO OZMO 950, for a few months now it keeps creating wrong maps and cannot get back to the charging DOCK. otherwise everything works, the DEEBOT is 2 and a half years old. in your opinion what could be the problem? thanks in advance for the feedback
Hello! I've replaced the LDS of my 950. It worked perfectly for once. Then after putting it back to the charger, whenever I turn it on, the deebot gives the power on message and starts beeping for 7 times), and nothing happens after that. I noticed that the LDS no longer spins. On the app, the deebot is now offline and I can't connect to its network, also even if I remove the dust container, no message is played. Could you please support? Thanks!
Have you tried to reset or not yet...plz try to reset.press n hold reset button for 7 second...if can't reset or no function at all then...most probably core board issue...located next to motherboard board a small green colour chip that is faulty.... hopefully Ur previous LDS assembly also good
Hi my ecovacs deboot 950 is showing lds error,lds unit is clean no noise from lds bearing,belt is in good condition but motor is spinning at very high speed and stoping,i have tested the motor without conecting the belt as it spins at high speed and stops and again spin ,should i change the motor or the lds unit,please help me
I have an issue with deebot T8 aivi and I think you never had this kind of error. I really need help, I have two videos of an error. Do you have email or where can I send them to you so you can see? I would appreciate very much if you can help me. I want to mention that my T8 aivi is clean, all filters, brushes, wheels, sensors everything is perfect but error I have is the biggest mystery. I can disassemble entire deebot if necessary. Please let me know how can I send videos and exchange few words about this. I can Skype if that would work with you?

If you LDS assembly looks clean belt all everything fine.lds moving but deebot won't move so means LDS small board attach underneath the LDS is faulty...need to replace LDS assembly
@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 how do i check if its lidar reason not motherboard? My new robot stoped working on second day but lidar is still spining, actually it gives response when i unplug Lidar from motherboard (he will spin around) but if i connect he tries a bit forward and then going back.
@@xstorm9939 when it start reverse without hitting anything in open space then what's the error msg appears in app or voice mag??? Remember one thing if deebot is reversing then it's not a LDS assembly issue...it may be bumper stuck...or Anti drop sensors issue or maybe any connection loosen that's why reversing if its a new deebot...plz check again all connections n wipe all sensors with dry soft cloth n try again
