Good times man. We didn’t know what we had back then.
Very true. I’m only 36 and even I think the world has gone to shit. At least we had it. Every generation will say this though, I’m sure it’s been muttered since the dawn of mankind
I was playing drums in hardcore bands touring playing hardcore shows .. so I thought I was too good for Nu Metal cause it was "mainstream". Now that im older I realize these bands were amazing and prefer the genre over hardcore .
Better musicians, songs, live shows, etc. These were big bands..and there were so many and the crowds ..yea ... Thus style is coming back though. Listen to Tallah their new album Matrigraphy is ....well just look up Tallah and watch their videos. Trust me. then after that Vein, new Code Orange..youtube search Nu Metal Nu Core mix 2020. There are a few dozen bands that are decent to amazing. Its pretty cool. Fuck even Poppy put out a Nu Metal album this year. If you already knew this my bad. Its weird for me at 37 its right on time. Fuck id even like to do a band this style if I could find half a fuck guitarist

@@thoroughbred2741 Not Nu-Metal
Anyone else notice people just staring in the crowd, like
Tf is this? Lolol
Man I miss the early 2000s
Same.
The early to mid 2000s were like a beautiful extension and evolution of the late 90s. It all flowed together perfectly. I'm thankful everyday that I not only lived in, but fully experienced and immersed in those times.
Same here man
@@DazedInTheDesert perfectly said. We didn’t know what we had!
I dont, high school sucked and dragged on! I make $80k a year now and have my own home. Id kick myself's ass if I could.
Seriously wish I had a time machine so i could go back to the late 90s early 2000s. Fun times
The best times!
💯 🤘🤘😎
Tim Fluckys energy is amazing!
Man, constantly watch this vid man, drinkin some whisky and tequila, remembering really good times
Back when they were in their prime.
I got to see them twice during this time. Life was definitely better then
Their new lead singer, Ryan Shuck is a really good dude though. Marky doesn't give a shit about the fans who supported him over the years. I use to admire Marky, even spiked my hair up in high school to look like him. It's so disappointing that he feels this way but it is what it is. Give Ryan a chance, he legit cares about the legions of fans that Adema acquired over the years.
@@MadManNick931 I like Adema but not huge into them. Can you explain more on the marky/fan situation?
@@MadManNick931 what happened with Marky?
Correct setlist
0:29 - Everyone
4:10 - Immortal
8:30 - Trust
12:54 - Freaking Out
16:32 - The Way You Like It
20:48 - Do What You Want To Do
24:24 - Close Friends
28:01 - Giving In
Perfect rookie band new to the music scene set. Open with a high energy song, followed my mid tempo songs end with hit single that everyone knows and gets crowd ready for the main acts.
Mike Ransom is the man, period.
So many emotions this gives me
This video is gold!!!! Old days Ozzfest!!!
Comin' back with that nu-metal fire!
nice to see they playing Immortal
This is amazing cant find any live concert of adema this is pure gold thanks to the uploader ❤ love adema forever
Omg! I was at this very concert!
Lucky you.
Footage like this is just awesome! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Old school ❤ Adema is Mark ❕
Este es el verdadero ADEMA..😎🖤🔥🎵🎶🇵🇪🤘🏻
I swear. ❤️
@@raqueledwards6061 No one asked you
Thanks for the video. Got into Adema from some random sample computer disc inside WWF Magazine in 2001 that had Giving In on it. Just saw them 2 nights ago for the first time live with Smile Empty Soul.
Fucking brilliant performance old school Adema 4 Life
Only adema that counts, get mark back again
I just met these guys and saw them front row, absolutely phenomenal
This is a great show .. listening to Adema in 2024
Awesome as hell, wish i was there
So underrated
Mark😢
Joder que conciertazo un temazo tras otro
0:21 LOL 😂
Nice entrance, Mark...
Adema has an interesting sound. They remind me of a mix of Korn and Incubus! I went to Ozzfest 1999, 2000, and 2001, but sadly I didn't go in 2002 or 2003. I really wanted to see KoRn at Ozzfest 2003 but I missed that year unfortunately!
The vocalist of adema (mark chavez) is actually brother of jonathan davis.
@@Oddworld. Half brother*
And after mark kept bailing, the current vocalist is Ryan Shuck, formerly of Orgy but before that, Sexart with both john davis and Dave deroo, talk about full circle, lol, he also co wrote "blind". You can hear that sound in the new Adema track Ready To Die
Wow. Found my new favorite channel. Thank you so much for this
Thank you so much for sharing this!
Greetings from somewhere in Venezuela.
Classic
Rock Old school 🔥🔥🔥
I miss polaris Amphitheater.im from c-bus ohio.i saw alot of great concerts there.
Before iphones and all this “social media” nonsense. I feel so lucky to have experienced that time.
Awesome video. I saw this tour in Scranton, PA.
was an awesome ozzfest \m/
Great stuff! Thanks a lot!
Holy sh*t! how did you manage to get this?
In 2023 I bet whoever at the end says they like lostprophets wants that back haha
Thank you
Epic... The interlude rocks, it's Clubbed to death from The Matrix. They haven't changed their setlist in 20 years, just adding Ready to Die and Violent Principles, change isn't always bad though. Unfortunately Marky is no longer with them and doesn't care. Thankfully Ryan Shuck stepped up and is filling his shoes.
If only they'd play "Drowning" live, that would be sick!
They need to get mark and Tim Fluckery back
:O:O:O:O:O!!! Tnx!
Adema 🍺
🔥🔥🔥
19:42 Love this!!
Foda !!!!
23:40 - R.I.P. Tim's Schecter 007 7-string. =( True 7StringSlaughter indeed haha.
Oh man! That thing was a beast!!!
@MusicMoviesGames I haven't played Schecters in many years, but I did own two at one point, and they were absolutely killer guitars for the money, one was an Omen-7, and the other a Revenger-7. One bargain I do know more about is the Jackson JS22-7 baritone 7-string...I just got mine a month ago, and man oh man, for $199, you get about $400 worth of guitar. Nice, tight and chuggy pickups, slick, rounded neck profile, and the satin black finish on mine is very well-applied, it doesn't even seem to pick up pick scratches very well. Any other questions you might have about it, or really anything else I might know about, I am your guy! \m/
@@lykanthrope I have seen a lot of really tasty-looking stuff from them, but have not yet gotten a chance to try or buy one haha...thanks for the heads-up, I might well have to give one of their 7's a spin when one comes up that is specced out how I like it haha. =)
I M M O R TA L wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
Fucking loved adema man.. but not without Mark on vocals! The new guy they have now blows..
28:00
You’re welcome
Did you all know that Mark Chavez is Jonathan Davis’ half brother?
24:24 that intro though 😍
Que lástima que no haya material de Adema, aparte de los 4 videos oficiales (con la agrupación original). Pienso que son una muy buena banda.
Mortal Kombat
Lol half the band quit and now it's just creepy to see Facebook stream of crap
Have you got the drowning pool performance from this show?
bit weird how adema couldnt use an instrumental or smth as an intro song...
Why isn’t anyone dancing wtf
I have to admit I am surprised that they were able to match the energy and intensity of the album and I really enjoyed watching the show but their attitude is ... too much over the top. The entrance? The mic stand kicking? Why so pissed off? The crowd might not be the best ever, but dude, you gotta be humble...
While writing this the signing part started and finally they seem grateful. So, which one was an act?
Adema rocks
If you watched them during the signin’ session after the show, you wouldn’t assume they’re assholes. In fact, the band is very humble. So don’t judge the book by its cover
@@GusJay Just read my original comment again :)
that was normal for nu metal bands in the 2000s. not sure how old you are haha.
I don't think they were actually playing their instruments
O guitarrista tava trocando de guitarra toda hora ksksks
