this blade imo is probably one of the better budgets blades kershaw has ever made. damn good blade. Looks great too! this has been in my pocket for some time now. love this one
Nice looking knife. I don't have access to knife shops around here and just wanted to thank you for your honest well done reviews that covers all the bases.
Great, I have to buy another new knife this week. I've already ordered it and don't know if I should be mad at you or happy... Congrats on the addition to the family.
Thanks for the very informative review. I am from Thailand and it is very painful to find a good pocket knife here !! The thing we got here are usually a few months behind before someone manage to import any thing in. Really wish you do a review on the Kershaw Pico.
Loving you're channel mate, thanks. Spewing it's an assisted opener, we're not allowed to play with any knife with a spring in Australia, and "WOW" on the price point too. Thanks again Gt, cheers.
Can't beat it for the money. Honestly I think skot of budget knives would sell better if they would put a pop of color in them like they have here with the barrel spacers.
OH BOY!! Thanks for showing this knife to us. I am always looking for a good budget knife, and I usually end up getting a Ganzo or something like that, but Kershaw indeed makes several good budget knives (mostly made in China), I like their blackwash series, but I think I will have to check out the Entropy, especially since my channel tends to focus on high value budget blades
I have this knife and if you just barely loosen, I mean basically put the torx bit in there and just kind of think about loosening it, it then it flips out perfectly every time. Mine doesn't center perfectly because of this but there might be a better balance then what I found, I didn't mess it at all.
Once your tot is born, you'll get a new bent on multitools. You'll be dealing with clamshell packaging, cable ties, DIY furniture and recessed battery compartment screws on a daily basis. You'll be able to do some great reviews! Not long to go now!
Are you going to be doing a review on the link? I just picked up the tanto version and am pretty thrilled with it. I'd love to know your thoughts on it though.
It might, but it still won't be a very deep pocket knife. And it wouldn't be worth buying both knives just to salvage the clip off of one for the other.
I've had 5 of the Kershaw budget folders with the speedsafe and all 5 have broke. The Leek is the only one going strong and it's not really even a budget folder. Tried contacting them to see about getting then fixed and never get any replies so, for the time being at least, I'm done with Kershaw. Half ass craftsmanship and piss poor customer service are quick ways to lose me add a customer and they've given me both. It is a nice looking knife tho. I do carry a Shuffle and the CQC-4K. Both are Kershaw knives. Neither are speedsafe assisted opening.
Please consider the Zancudo, my favorite budget blade (Preparedmind101's, too, for what that's worth). Super super thin in the pocket, frame lock, multipurpose blade profile. If I don't mind a thicker handle I jump up to a PM2 or Grip.
+gideonstactical Maybe video quality looks different because of UA-cam processing. Now there is only 1080p and with more resolutions it usually auto sets 480p. Too bad they ruined another knife with stupid assist, I really like blade shape and stonewash.
Gary Horn I've always wondered how left handed guys use liner lock knives. Occasionally I will end up with Tenacious in my left hand and go to close it and have to use my middle finger to disengage the lock. Kinda dangerous and not very convenient.
Cody Holland you have experienced the point I was trying to make. Operating the liner lock blade release with the left hand is not a natural movement. That's why I prefer other locking systems.
Hi I really like your videos I give of Spain and here such content also tend to like but the biggest problem is that people do not understand English I would like to propose between you and me translate your videos on another channel in Spanish the two win-win sorry for my English is very basic
Mine came with a weak action too. I just used it for the whole day and it came to life after about 100 flicks. It's a champ now.
I love Kershaw knives. Definitely going to get one. How can you not? Thanks for the vid.

No problem, glad the videos help!

Perhaps you can find one in Singapore that ships overseas to Thailand.
Definitely one of the best knife reviewers... Thank you sir.
your a lot of fun to watch and honest as well. Blessings on your new family member!!
Thanks so much!
Very elegant knife. I like it. Thanks for bring this type of product to folks attention. You do good work, man.

I was like, what is the price point, What Is The Price Point. Sweet video Aaron, have a great week!
This channel and @Skallgrim are my favorite knife channels.
Thanks so much! That means a lot!!

Congrats on the kid man!
Thx!
I second that. A little survivor! Huzzah!
I have been looking for a folder with Mora like edge. Looks like fine cutting would be easy. Thanks again!!

+CedricAda Gear and Outdoors Haha we will see.
+CedricAda Gear and Outdoors Agree. That or an SAK become a must with kids.

+bassviathan45 It just might.
Great review, will have to get one. Congrats to you and yours!
New subscriber here. I've been watching your channel for quite sometime now and didn't realize that I'm not a subscriber. Great contents.
+her vue Thanks for subbing, welcome to the GT family.
Great video. This knife is really beautiful!!!
I love my Kershaw Chill. It's even thinner and around the same price. Not crazy about the steel but hey, its stainless.
Review on kershaw showtime
+John Harmon nice!
Kershaw makes some of the best budget blades around.
Thanks for the review! I have been looking for a better, more comfortable edc and I think this knife might be it. Nice vid
Very neat knife and good review!
Should I buy an Ontario RAT (D2 Steel) or a Kershaw Skyline (Sandvick 14C28N)?
Think I'll stay with my Knockout. No complaints with that Kershaw.
Cool looking knife! Good review
I might have to buy this one, most reviewers are saying it's great so maybe they're onto something.
The glaring issue with this knife is it is INCREDIBLY uncomfortable to open with the tiny flipper. I would recommend the Volt SS over the entropy.
cool knife:) ill check it out. You still have snow? here in fairbanks its all gone:)
+40belowful The rockies, that was shot a few weeks ago.
My EDC is a Kershaw 1556TI - Cryo II. What are your thoughts on having a serrated edge?
Certainly an interesting little knife, however I still think I'd prefer to buy the link and fork up the extra dough! LOL
I'm hoping they make a version with better steel and handle materials.
Any chance the pocket clip for the Entropy will fit on the Link?
It might, but it still won't be a very deep pocket knife. And it wouldn't be worth buying both knives just to salvage the clip off of one for the other.
Looks good. Honestly, i like the burst better. I regret selling my burst

Take Care and Be Aware
do u prefer this or the link?
so which is better this or the rat 2 cause they are both around the same price
+BubbleChumpkins It is hard, I would say which you gravitate to more.
well they both look great so idk, but thank you

+koomo801 it's not worth nothing
Tip up only :( I may still give it a shot since it's so inexpensive and looks like such a well made knife.
A handsome knife indeed
Purely for chopping, GSO 10 or Junglas?
Junglas, the handle is better set up for that.
gideonstactical Thanks for your reaction, appreciate it man.
Hard to believe no troll has stepped up to announce that this knife is a Sabanza Killer.
i have a drawer full of sebenza killers. i don't know their maker, but he called them butter knives.
Don't be knocking 440a now. I've got an OKC Mark 3 Navy that has better edge retention than my Spydie PM2.
lies
your very welcome sir!!
video quality different?
nice blade also...i agree
Nothing different in my filming.
+petepetro1 I think it was just cloudy.
+gideonstactical Maybe video quality looks different because of UA-cam processing. Now there is only 1080p and with more resolutions it usually auto sets 480p.
Too bad they ruined another knife with stupid assist, I really like blade shape and stonewash.
I do prefer the cryo 2over this one
The last chinese Kershaw I bought left a bad taste in my mouth, but this knife seems pretty decent.
why was it in your mouth!?!!
nice
Ontario Rat 1 FTW !
you would like a rat worx knife. They are well made, made In america.
blade hq 17.99
This lefty doesn't like liner locks, which are always oriented towards righties.
Gary Horn nerd

I appreciate the offer, but I am happy with the format the way it is so not want to pursue that at this time.
looks a bit like the strobe
the kershaw grinder is the same way. awesome design but the spring and lock up is horrible.
No thumb-studs! About time, too...on a flipper, they're redundant, incongruous and ugly. We'll done, Kershaw!
sometimes the stud on flippers aren't thumb studs, they're blade stops.
+Surago Clearly.
+1 :-) 200
