@@CTAtechdesk I followed your lead and swapped to the silk pad as soon as I opened the box. Comfort was never really an issue, it was the light bleed around my nose. The overall fit is now way more comfortable! Many Thanks!
Yay you have a Quest 3 accessory that I also own but I have a completely opposite opinion on said product. Maybe it's the shape of my face? But this facial interface isn't all that great for me. I get light bleed via the vents and the nose area. Obviously this is not noticeable in AR mode but is in VR mode. My AMVR facial interface for the Pico 4 on the other hand is really good and I get no light bleed. Apart from that, it's a nice and comfy interface. So I think the lesson here is this, one size does not fit all and light bleed will be a person to person issue. So it's not all brilliant as you said in your video lol
Been testing it with mates and they prefer a decent amount of light bleed so they can get their bearings. To get no light bleed adjustments are critical. Maybe I need to test with a different shape face next time 😂
@@CTAtechdesk Your mates sound like they are not used to VR lol Apart from my issues, your review is spot on and I hope my opinion doesn't distract people from buying because it's a great facial interface
On mine I use the leather pad. I prefer it to the silk one for the extra grip on my face, love this mask
Fantastic recommendation! The nose piece is a real winner, no light bleed compared to the original fascia.
Do you go silk or “leather”?

DId you review the Superus one?
Is this better? PS thanks :) Searched your previous vids could not find a review of the Superus. Similar I think.
Hi there, i have used that for my quest 2 but not 3 and didn’t make a video on it.
I do have the Globular Cluster coming up soon though.
@@CTAtechdesk I bit the bullet it arrived today. You're not wrong it's a different world. So comfy. Thanks :)
Ice silk is fine, but very overrated in my opinion
