Um, for any videos that don't state what is being made, I just skip everything and only watch the last 2 minutes to see if I want to make it. Saves me precious time! @RcWoodturning  3 місяці тому

You have to have a market for rustic decor to be successful in this kind of market. The trend in my market is minimal living with natural wood crafts. If you don't have that it's hard to sell these kinds of products. The good news is people are trending to simpler ways of life so this type of products is trending up. My hope is that is the case in your area too.

On all these kinds of videos there someone is crying about the equipment used. Use a little ingenuity. People used to make stuff like this with simple hand tools. Save a bit of money, you can buy used equipment for reasonable prices. Shoot, you can get a wood lathe that is 80 years old that will do 90% what his modern lathe will do. You just gotta want it.

Well, you really need to work on your math skills, as that is definitely not $100/hr 😂 They would have to sell for $25 each since you can make 4 in an hour. That’s also not profit, as you have the lamp hardware to buy, too. But good for another small project to sell 👍🏻
