1) ground clearance can be increased mere pass Fatboy 114 hai uski ground clearance maina 115 mm sa 150 mm(for instance bullet ki 145mm hai) Kar di hai
There are many options available
You can increase by 25mm,35mm,53mm
Also is sa lean angle Mai bhi mere ko Fark pada ab zayada lean hoti hai.

RE bullet has 135mm of ground clearance not 145mm.

Totally diff bike to the 1993 1340cc 80 cube evo Fat Boy in the terminater film.
I have a 2003 that kept the same look and solid wheels .Don't really like the new look .

Not a good idea at all, jo khadd h unko paar nahi kar payegi, bhool kar bhi mat jana. Ground clearance should be at least 150mm for any bike to clear its way in laddakh
