  • These were a mod I usually considered cosmetic because half the time you can't notice any difference. This time for sure I can notice the communication of the chassis is much better than before. Improved stiffness and feedback say the least. Highly recommend you cop a strut brace on any old.

I got a whiteline strut bar in the rear of a Del Sol and it really felt different, which surprised me. Like you say it helps move the balance away from understeer.
I think coilovers usually only let you tune rebound so I don't think you can change that bias with adjustment.

Yeh it must be a FWD thing because on my skyline and 180 i couldn't notice much difference. I might add some more camber in the rear and drop tyre pressures slightly.

@@JarrodWillemse I talked to HardRace recently and apparently these things only fit properly if you jack the front up for installation. Apparently the engine bay flexes in on itself and taking the load off fixes the angle and distance of the strut towers. Made me think of your video lol

@@ericzmusic If you jack the car up it unloads the suspension then when you drop it back down the chassis is pre loaded. I always thought you needed to install it with the car on its own weight in a neutral state.

@@JarrodWillemse I never knew the chassis would bend that much it was news to me lol

    Very nice as usual.
Any updates on the bend extender and the swaybars after a month ?

Hi mate I’m not sure what you mean by bend extender. Sway bar is going good no issues. I love the steering feedback. It still feels like an old car but much better.

@@2Drezik Im used to it now but if you have had a long shift knob before you can understand the vibration that rattles the knob. I end up holding it to stop the rattle.
