Good project Jack, and I especially like the colors you chose to paint it, my favorite combo.

Awesome idea. I've got a real small shop area so I don't have the room for a large shop dust collector. I use my shop vac for it and this c pool would is an awesome build. I will no doubt be borrowing this. Thanks for sharing

I just ordered one of Rigid shop shop vacs today for my belt sander and my spindle sander so I see a gate like this in my future. I was going to put the gates near the machines but the space is tight so this might work better. Thanks for sharing.

Another good build by Mr. Jack! A little music in the background huh? Nice touch. Guess the dust collector in the background "bit the dust"? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jack, you can clean your hole saw with a wire brush right in the drill press, it works I do it ever time I use one.

After watching this, I put something very similar together but with a slight modification to the sliding pieces. I made it long enough to stick out both ends so that hole could be in line with either of the two hoses and then put a handle on either end to correctly position the hole in either position.

Jax, great idea, yet another build you added to my list of must do's. So that I have everything when it comes time to do the build, where did you get the extra hose? It looks brand new, so I am assuming you picked it up online, or at Sears maybe? I think Krylon Brand Spray Paint should come out with a color called #Ridgid Orange in a spray can...I would use a case of that stuff. I found one very close, but not perfect. My store bought machines are all ***** , so my shop is orange. I turned a wooden dart board case into a router bit case that hangs on my wall, and it's RIDGID Power Tools orange...Love their tools!
