Goans have emotional attachment with pao , it provide livelyhood to many may the business remain in the hands of Goans families like these keep it going .
Such a humble person reflecting the true Goan spirit. I salute her daughter for being proud of her father for treasuring this traditional way of making pao and providing a helping hand to the family business. I hope the society does their bit to sustain this art.
Hi Shana I know you since my childhood when we were going to our granny's house during holidays in Taleigao (chincholem) your bread are very famous and delicious cos they are traditionally made,we were just waiting only for your bread, probably you were in your 20's that time, good luck,God bless you
Really admire this girl helping her father in this tradition. .. So much hardeork involved instead of promoting n helping out these traditional professions our governments is running after crores.
Absolute Delight to watch....! My Salute to Mr Salvador and sweet Sybyl for keeping this Wonderful and Divine art of bread making today... God Bless them...!! The government of Goa Must help such artisans and traditional knowledge holders...!!!
My salute to you and your daughter ❤️ keep going our goan tradition passed from the Jesuit priest to our forefathers Viva Goa. God Bless you and your family in abundance 🙏
Please continue to bake the traditional breads. We are ready to pay more because it is worth. They are delicious and healthier. God bless all are traditional poders.
Nice to see Shana shine for his hard work. I've been at his bakery a couple of times and the visits have never disappointed me. Great spot for Goan style Pào and Good people as well 😊♥️🍞 👍
Hard work. The sadness of his wife's passing away at a young age overshadows the whole video. You can feel his voice shivering then. Such a beautiful smile. But life has to go on... Its a universal pain and can happen to anyone. May God bless the Family.
Pav and the bun like used to be my favourite always when I visited goa during my summer holidays visiting my uncles house in the 70's and 80's. Still when ever I visit goa I make sure to eat pav and chana roso. No pav ever comes close to the ones that are made in the locak bakeries of goa. Not to forgot the mirchi bajo in the snack time.
After watching this video I appreciate their hard-work. It is almost impossible to sustain in today's times with traditional methods of baking. The fact that they haven't given up like others is commendable. I hope the community supports their efforts, unlike the businesses that only look for larger profit margins.
I salute you and your daughter special because she is the inspiration for the coming generation one more time I salute your daughter God bless you Your daughter
There is so much of hard work in bringing the bread to our table every morning. God Bless our traditional bakers you are the REAL HEROS...God Bless all that you do. 🙏 Dev Boro Korum for the video. Give us this day our daily bread and keep the flame burning. Let us support our traditional brothers every time we can and whenever we can. 🎉
A big salute to this gentleman and his daughter for keeping this tradition alive. It is only because of sheer love for his profession that people like us have fresh warm breads on our tables everyday. Lots of love and wishes from Belgaum, Karnataka.
God bless bakery owner and his daughter with business growth. Lots of respect for his daughter who helps her father in the age of masti with friends. Very sincere girl and also lots of respect for her father who carried out all his responsibilities to brought up his daughter... 👍 i wish i could help them...

Thanks to CCR tv for showing us this art of traditional Goan bread making. Nowadays it is very difficult to sustain our traditions. Respect to the father daughter to carry on. Viva pao, viva poder
It's good to see father and daughter working together in maintaining our local business of pau. I remembered my childhood days where our neighbor was a poder. The head was a lady. We use to call her Mistin. But now it is rented and run by Karwaries. But the taste of bread prepared by goans with fumer was really good. Keep it up. May God bless you. Keep the buisness running till you can?
very nostalgic..... seen all this work very closely.... still miss that smell baking bread ... keep the tradition all long as possible... God Bless you
Hello uncle and dear sybyl. I love your work. I'm an aspiring baker.. and trust me.. the lessons we can learn from your bakery are all I can think about.. your talent will not go waste. Please think of inviting bakers that will be like a tuition or study class in bread making.. the heritage you carry is inexpensive. God bless your business and your heart ❤
It's so nice to see father and daughter working together running a bakery business in that kind of heat, keeping the tradition alive. Keep up the good work. I salute both of you. God Bless 🙏. 🇨🇦. Thanks to CCR TV for bringing such good video.
Goans need to urgently realize the value of their religious, food and cultural heritage and go all out to continue it, support it and advance it! While a short stint abroad is fine, Goans, especially the youth, must come back and take up their stations here in Goa for the well-being of their future. The grass might seem greener on the other side, but in the long run, Goa is the place to be. May God bless the father and daughter for their simple, honest and diligent way of life🙏
So wonderful to see one of our Goan Baker still continuing the tradition of baking bread. Long may you continue to bake and serve the people with Pao & Poie.
