Caradoc is a killer when you've got a heavy pack on your back - from any angle it's a steep pull up to the top. I had to practically run up once, tried to race the sun so I could watch it set from the summit. I made it but it damn near killed me. When pitching in windy conditions tie the corner of your tent to your pack. It can save you running down a hill like a loonie after an airborne tent.
Onward and upward I genuinely thought it’s because I’m a novice I found it so hard but it was a difficult climb up .. loved every minute of it though! Cheers for the tip! What a great idea Il keep that one noted for when I’m next out! Lol one of my tent bags had found it’s way flying down caradoc 🤣 I was running down after it just like a mad loonie! 🤣 - cheers for the comment 👍🏼
