Shalom and thank you for this ! Hebrew is so beautiful-the Lord reveals so much through this language.
This insight into the word makes me think of John 3:16 “for God so LOVED the world, that He GAVE His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” Now meditating on that verse knowing the Hebrew word for love-just amazing ! And we know God is love !
All the puzzle pieces come together through His Word and learning more about the language itself. What a gift HaShem has given us. Thank you again, God bless 🙏🏽💗🕊

Great, thanks. Not sure why a Hebrew word was applied to a New Testament verse which was written in Greek ? but still useful.

@@TheWORDinHEBREW many thanks for your response, and for this channel which I enjoy visiting.
My point is - if you take a word like SIN, Hebrew Khet/khata (missing the mark, failure etc) and then illustrate this using the New Testament, for instance Romans 6:6, we are no longer enslaved to SIN (hamartia)
then you are applying the Hebrew meaning of missing the mark/failure to a Greek text which is trying to put out the meaning of sin being a power, tyrannical force that enslaves.
I'm not an expert.... just learning - not sure if I am missing something here? just a bit confused. thanks again for what you do. Blessings.

MSA amen. Yes sin is still sin both in old and new
      Look
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord
The wages of sin is death. But death is not physical or always physical i should say. It’s the consequences of sin
Depression. Guilt , shame. An inward death
      One of your spirit
      Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Its faith in Christ which frees us from sin.
      Matthew 11:28
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Thank you for sharing the word "love" or Ah-ha-va in Hebrew.
As a result, I now better appreciate the biblical connection between love and to give.
Can one include the study of Hebrew by also examining its alphabets (etymology)?
    For example,
the root behind love is first associated with Aleph, representing an ox or strong leader (as in God our heavenly Father or His Son Lord Jesus Christ)
Hei, whose origins are associated with thread, fence or window, breath of life, could also represent look, behold and grace.
Bet, associated with duality or house.
So one possible interpretation could be (though not the only one):
    God is love.
    Love originates from God (Agape)
He gives us the breath of life
His love and grace to behold
    Home is where love is
    Charity begins at home.

Shalom, I'm glad you enjoy this teaching :-) I do not subscribe to the idea that there are hidden meanings or codes in the Hebrew Alphabet or that ancient pictographic meanings Hebrew can or should be applied to individual Hebrew letters...
