@@queencap2620 I'm in this situation now. I know he's cheated... And I told him but when he denied it I let it go... But more & more he's accused me of cheating calling me names, with holding money, being loud and mean.
When I confronted him about it and told him that I know he's cheated he lost his shit and just started trashing me unmercifully
@@curiousme113 this is basically what my life is now. Almost a year of being accused of cheating and evidence and text and things. Smh I'm over his lying. He is a whore and can't come clean himself. If I say anything back to him, we fight. We both get hurt. This is toxic and should have never been allowed to go on this long. 😒
My ex was a mid ranger. I agree with HG in that he actually believed what hew as accusing me of. Even tho I was faithful no amount of reassurance helped to quell his concerns. He’d accuse me of being a voyeur (🤨), ‘making eyes’ with a mate of his one night when we were all out (my best friend was there and she agreed I’d not done that), and he had accused his ex wife of cheating on him even tho he had no evidence of same. When I had met him two years earlier he laid that sob story on me, and I naively believed it. In the end I realised he was most likely the issue in his ex’s divorce and he was accusing her of something she hadn’t done. I genuinely think he believed we both cheated on him, and that I was a voyeur lol.
What scary is that so many women have dealt with this! There’s no doubt in my mind that my ex was a narcissist. This is one of the most sick, twisted & disgusting abusive personality disorders I’ve ever heard of! Wth causes this???? This shit is sick! So glad I broke up with him after a yr

Such a terrible cycle. I don't know who I am anymore. I've gotten to the point where I am so angry I'm hurting myself.. I hate that I fell into the trap of a narcissist.
Do positive things to stay strong everything your feeling is normal response to trauma with awareness knowledge and self work you'll come out a better person
The work Hg is doing is such treasure! He is so gifted at teaching & explaining narcissism in a way that I was able to move on for good & never look back because I finally understood what I was dealing with.The bible says my people die from a lack of knowledge.It also says u shall know the truth & the truth shall set i free.

OH MY GOSH! Thank you for this! YES! I’m currently living with my ex now who is a narcissist. He accused me of cheating all the time. If I didn’t pick up my phone on time or texted him back right away… he would also look at my location ALL THE TIME and start FaceTiming me if I was on the opposite side of the building (at work). Once I was home, here at his house, and I fell asleep after work. He was texting me while I was asleep. He drove all the way home on his lunch break because he thought I was cheating just to open up the door and find me sleeping. Cheating is the last thing that I would do. Matter of fact it wouldn’t even cross my mind! Everyone who knows me, knows this about me. He is a narcissist. Or whenever I would leave the house he would start texting me and being anxious and sad and cry… so I stopped leaving the house for him! I would only go to work or run errands. I stopped hanging out just to please him because I was worried for his “precious heart” pffffff. Last night he went out and he hung up his phone on me instead of coming come to me. I would always drop everything I’m doing and come home to him if I knew he was feeling anxious about me being out. He literally stayed out until 2am as a slap in the face to me. Why? For what? I’ve been so good to him. Putting him on a pedestal in my life. Telling everyone about him. Cooking for him. Doing literally everything. This man is a narcissist. He would let me go to sleep crying so many times. I would never let a person go to sleep crying without giving them comfort. I feel like I’m ranting now. Stay away from narcissists. And please watch videos like these to learn their behavior. They’re very scary people. I don’t get what kind of a personality disorder this is but falling in love with a narcissist,literally giving them yourself, a part of you.. can hurt you really really bad in the long run. omg I have been in the same exact situation as you this is definitely so scary. this man accuses me of cheating so many times not even I would do that and I am a women. if I wear makeup to go to a cafe with my only girlfriend in the daytime he starts accusing me for wanting attention because I wear light makeup. he accuses me when I am at work I do security night shifts and I don't associate with anyone I am always by myself and he still tells me I am cheating. now imagine if I worked with so many coworkers it would be hell for me because he would not let work in peace. he don't even pay or provide for me but accuses me when I am working smh. one time he told me I was to masculine and that why I am not like other girls who work in the nail salons or do girly things and I even started getting my nails done often because he made me feel bad about myself and after I started to get my nails done he started accuses me that I was getting the done for attention. I don't fucking get it. yet he can get haircuts for him to look good and get tattoos or get a new perfume to smell good but that's not looking for attention right so what's the difference with me ? he accuses me of things I never even thought about and I always knew he was projecting. I deleted instagram because it was such a hell hole for me because he would accuse me every time I posted a picture of my FACE!!!!!! I never post half naked pictures I post my face and I only allowed women to follow me and even still was getting accused. he was the only male follower there then I deleted my Snapchat too I was close to deleting TikTok too but that's the only thing I have for my entertainment. I can't even go out with my friend for a couple hours without getting accused I was even punched in my arm and " accidentally " had stuff thrown at me just to see my phone. but as soon as I saw that he had things such as him " accidentally following a girl and liking a picture " I should believe him there right . this is so tiring. I never stay out late the lastest I ever been out with a friend would be later than 10pm. because I work from 11pm- 7 am but he can go out late with his friends to casinos and smoke until the next morning. he always said horrible things about my friend to and she is nothing to what he explains her to be. this girl only goes to school and studies and goes to the gym its only me and her wee both go to the gym we both just go to cafe spots and restaurants for fun we don't even drink smoke or party. we are home body with huge responsibilities. I am 23 years old dealing with a 22 year old narcissistic.

Mine was accusing me all the time, when a man looked at me he would put the blame and shame on me...saying that I was a whore and a cheater...Sometimes weeks after he would say: I actually know that you are not cheating, I trust you but still... I had to say that to you"...fucking madman
My narc suddenly said out of the blue " You had better never think of cheating on me because if you did, I would know about it." My reply was "I wouldn't dream about it, but even if I did think of it I would never get the opportunity, since you are with me all the time except when I'm at work." And then I wondered if he was cheating on me....never found out if he was.

Very hard lesson, very painful, but yes, we have to spot these demons before they have their hooks in us, it was so hard to get away I won’t ever let myself go back.

Jesus. This happened with the last guy I dated. I'm friendly and I talk to everyone. I talked to a guy at a concert I was at with the narcissist. We compared stories on what drew us to be fans of Offspring. The narcissist literally stormed off and battled with me for the 2 hr drive home bc I "flirted" and I questioned myself every day over it.
It was definitely flirting, from the the strangers perspective , possibly a narc as well

We were having a dinner small dinner party & I was in the bakery getting fresh bread for the dinner. I left my phone in the car and he was calling me. I didn't look at my phone when I got back in the car, I went straight home. He began accusing me of being with another man. LOL so ridiculous.
Once asked for directions when driving with him in the car, and he thought I was flirting because I said thank you to the guy! 😄
Ex asked me to order his drink at the Tiki bar while he stepped away to use men's room. On way back to me from 20 ft away I could see his glare as I was smiling with delight to see him again. As he sat next to me and his drink waiting for him he started to argue that I flirted with bartender. Seriously?Bartender was congratulating us-welcomed us bc we just married the night before and on our honeymoon.

It's so strange. They keep delivering the next door neighbors mail to our box, and when he went next door to return it , apparently the gentleman wasn't home. So he comes back and says to me ," Oh So and so wasn't there , but if I find out that you are the reason he left, then I'll mess you up." Who in the world says that , and why in the name of Jesus would you assume that I had anything to do with someone I do not know?? I have never even been to this person's home , let alone speak to him. It is utterly ridiculous and I cannot even defend myself against such awful slander.!!!!!I am in the process of emotional ally distancing myself as I cannot take the insane accusations anymore.

The narc I knew responded "touché" to me, after I refuted one of his gaslighted attacks. That's when I knew he was just mirroring something he had heard from a new supply, because that word wasn't even in his dumbass vocabulary! I just looked blankly at him and said, "So now you're speaking French?" He then gave me that evil narc glare. But by that point, I didn't care. I saw absolutely nothing in him that was worth any more of my time.
Whatever you say or do they’re not going to believe. My ex accuse me of cheating during a pandemic. My answer was if I’m cheating on you why am I spending most of my weekends dedicated to him talking to you 24/7 plus we are in a pandemic. Who exactly would I be entertaining and seeing whilst the world is so closed? He never believed me for a second! It is now forever his loss that he’s lost someone that honestly cared about him!

Same, there are different types of people that accuse others of cheating not just narcs. My ex never ever accused me but once things ended he admitted he cheated with 2 women in the year we were together smh. My intuition was right and I was the one accusing but it was because it’s true🥲

For 23 years I had dealt with this. I’d get accused of cheating and it would last for days. I’d spend days, begging him to believe me. Begging him to never leave me. I’d call others and make a fool out of myself by begging them to tell my ex husband that I wasn’t where he’d accuse me of being, or that I wasn’t with or talking to whoever I was being accused of talking to. My friends could verify that I hadn’t been cheating or whatever, but somehow before I knew it, he would have them manipulated against me. So it got to where I wouldn’t tell anyone anything about my x husband and the antics he would press against me. I would think I was seriously batshit crazy.

I'm an empath and I've recently been emotionally cheating on the narc in my life since 3 months. After cheating on me multiple times and nearly two years of her abuse n flirting with other men and pissing over my loyalty I've had it with her. Now ,ofcourse I'm sitting on the fence because of all this. I've made attempts to leave my narc , all unsuccessful so far, because of my botched no contact attempts, resulting in sucessful hoovers by her.

For that analysis I always thought the reason that he would accuse me of cheating looking back in hindsight he was the one that was cheating so I assume he felt if I’m Cheating she must be cheating,
I also thought that he felt insecure because he would say how better he was .

Narcs deserve to be cheated on and after all that i have experienced and learned especially from these amazing videos. Cheating on them shouldn't even count as wrong since their narcs!!!

My ex never displayed any form of jealousy whenever men tried to flirt with me or etc... in-fact before we even became "official" and I was going on dates with other men before he asked for an exclusive relationship. While I never cheated on him during the five years I was with him, he was always emotionally cheating but he doesn't consider that cheating. Even when he was laying next to me... then he tells me I'm insecure... So I'm just confused. Does that make him a cluster B? there were many other things that happened, but yeah...

After maybe a year or so of listening to HG and other providers, I now realize I have been trying to make sense of the nonsensical.
We do not try to ''understand'' the burglar that burgled our home.
We do not try to ''understand'' the robber that robbed us etc.
If you have experienced true devaluation a crime has been committed.
Too late if you have already escaped but if you are still entangled, record the abuse on your phone and be sure to get counselling\therapy (with a view to getting a diagnosis of CPTSD or at the very least acknowledgement of the trauma you have undergone).
Hopefully by this point you have escaped, you then:
A: Armed with the evidence you have gathered report them to the Police for Coercion & Control.
B: Make a date at your local county\district court and sue them for the above in a civil suit.
Both of the above options butter many a parsnip, my favourite being CLOSURE.

And that person will have to earn it. 2nd. I will never let anything anyone does. Cause me to forfeit my self respect, dignity. Or subject myself to possible STD'S, drama etc. My S/O cheated, got caught. I offered to cook for them, pack it up so he could take it to her and eat with her, maybe hang out with her for awhile. That I enjoyed him being gone. And did he need clean clothes. I'd left his bed long ago. Happy she kept him out of my hair.

My grandma died and I started calling my mom everyday to help each other deal with her death. My ex started accusing me of cheating.
I know cheating is bad and when i got involved in that kind of behaviour i feel bad about it and decided to stop and asked my higher being for forgiveness and stopped that behaviour but i guess i uncounsiously did it because deep inside i knew from the beginning of the relationship her behaviour wasnt bringing us to a deeper connection and if later on she cheats on me i will embarras her telling her i cheated on her if she confess the infidelity to get me down and depressed. To be honest even thou it was wrong I think that was a clever move from my part ive done it with 3 of 4 of my narc relationships for sure this is a battle between two different types of humans and im glad im on the side of the light and not of darkness. One thing for sure we all humans are sinner its just ine of us dont care and then others do.

What if someone who's is not in the narcissist circle say to the narcissist they saw you talking to another person but it's a lie being spread to the narcissist about the narcissist partner how would this affect the relationship. HG could please explain this situation.
This legit scenario has happened to me.like bar scene and all...accused of cheating because I was talking to a person at the bar. And no I was not. See the damn empath in me,it's hard to turn off.
My favorite was being with my now-ex and having another couple approach us on the local ferry. They were visiting and had questions about local neighborhoods. All 4 of us chatted during the ferry ride about the pros/cons of certain neighborhoods.
When we walked off the ferry, my ex went into a tirade about how the guy was flirting with me and wanted to sleep with me. Uhhh, nope. After we split, guess who was actually cheating?

And when accusations of cheating cease to be effective, they'll come up with something else, e.g., she'll accuse you of trying to have sex with her underage children. It's crazy-making and it never ends. That is, until YOU end it. Only then will you know peace.

Her loyalty test weren't designed to prove anything good if I passed. They were only designed to prove I was up to something bad.. If I passed her test ... The fact that I passed the test didn't equally prove I wasn't up to anything bad.. The only acceptable outcome to her loyalty tests was if it proved I was up to something bad, and even then.... "Bad" .. was left up to her paranoid interpretation after having read into the outcome of the test with her delusional viewpoint. Then it became about how I was just sharp enough to figure out that she was testing me ahead of time and I just avoided being caught, when the truth was.. I was just going to work, coming home, and living a normal life. Cheating and everything I was being accused of were the last things on my mind.

With this insigth now i can understand what kind of narc i was dealing with she is in a lower bracket than the one i got entangled and had kids before her how pathetic...I can tell this lower narcs cant harm me and in a way i can manipulate them instead.

My Boyfriend lack's trust for me despite the fact that I have been faithful and have never cheated on him since 3rd march we connected fully and i moved in with him, he always accuse me of having sex with his boy to the fact I have swear so many time with different spiritual tools and places to prove my innocent, why I did accept to swear so many times is because he called his pastor and the man added fuel to the fire by telling him that yes I am cheating on him with his boy that we are planning on killing him and taking his things that he should send me away the pastor did not know that the phone is on speak out that I agreed and told him to call the pastor since he is insisting that am having affair with my younger brother's age mate, I cried and cried my eyes out, evening with the swears to prove my innocence he is still insisting we will go to some spiritual house to swear, please how do I handle such issue,he is insisting who go somewhere else to swear and I to him no . please help me I choose to walk away from the relationship between the accusation is so unbearable to me.

He thinks the world is out to get him..eat or be eaten. Like a wild kingdom out here. I've often tried to treat him like I would an unbroken horse but he is unable to gain trust. It breaks my heart actually for him.. By example. By giving up my human rights my privacy. I've tried to show im here all the time here take my life it was no good. Then again, he hasn't been shown a very nice time here on Earth I almost can't blame him. Almost.

I have no problem being a dirty empath. I dealt with a handful of narcs and ironically all the woman I cheated back on my ex narcs are narcacist themselves. After being cheated on like a fun past time and one of my ex narcs being an escort( prostitute) and conditioning me at the time to go along with that. Sitting in another room in my townhouse at the time hearing her & client moaning & climaxing.....Yea I don't feel bad for cheating I wouldn't even call it cheating in my case and given the contexts of the situations.
I don't talk to anyone, only to my narc. AND he doesn't text me or call. If I send him a text or call him, it feels like he is bothered. So damn if I do damn if I don't. So, he accuses me of cheating. AND I am supposed to trust him? Smh. Yeah, it makes me angry if and when he tells me that I am talking to others. Then he gives me the silent treatment. I just shrug it off. Don't talk to him, but I am still angry about his stupid accusations.
