Hi, I would love to know who supplied the tech on this chair - i live in Australia and I am flat out getting 11klms out of it on concrete. Put new batteries in it and still 11klms. They say because it is cold, but really 11klms, that equates to about 6miles in USA. Hope it works for you, mine is too unreliable
I don't like the wheelchair already because 6 mph too slow you might need the chair to go faster so if you are trying to catch a city bus and you need to get there or if your bus is late and you decide to drive on your own you can get there faster it's other things like if you're trying to get across the street especially where we are in Phoenix Arizona where the lights turn right away you need to get across the street really fast 6 miles an hour is not that fast my current wheelchair is seven and a half sometimes it can go eight but I'm looking for a boundary because that is 8 to 14 miles an hour and if you get the lithium batteries they would go 55 miles

Ive had my X8 for the last 5 years. A pain in the bum reversing but would not be without it. Like having legs again.
5 years on and still loving the x8.
