5 Minute Microwave Cinnamon Apples and Freezing Apples for Pie

We're taking almost a bushel of apples and freezing apples for apple pie, so we can make pie for Thanksgiving, the holiday season, and through the winter! While we're working on that, we'll take a few apples and make the most delicious microwave cinnamon apples; they only take 5 minutes to make!
Ingredients for Microwave Apples:
*2 large apples
*1 tablespoon light brown sugar
*1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*2 tablespoons salted butter
