It could very well be the transmission binding it up. Could try using the clutch to disengage the transmission so it's not a factor. As a side note on your oil filter canister, you appear to have the Purolator "two band" style. I have the same one, though I only found out after I put Fram stickers on it.
I'm not sure if the the transmission was bound up, or the engine stuck from sitting so long after the rebuild. But after fiddling with the tranny and having oil on the pistons, we were able to free it up and try again the next night. Keep an eye out for the next video!
