Here's What Chipotle Should Do About Their Portions Controversy

Many people have been posting videos with complaints about Chipotle and the portion sizes they've been getting. There's been hacks people have been doing to get a better portion such as pulling out ones phone as if to record.
Chipotle has answered - but honestly, pretty poorly. The responses toward them have been negative, and they've been mocked. And truth is, the CEO's video needed some work - to put it lightly. Telling people they just need to tilt their head - really?
In this video, I give my leadership advice freely to Chipotle. If they want to handle this situation better, if they want to respond in actual good ways, this is the way to do it.
