I'm currently reading Breakfast of Champions by Vonnegut and it's SO GOOD. I know this is an old book but if you haven't read it, I highly recommend it! :)
For a lighthearted sci-fi series, I recommend the Murderbot series by Martha Wells. It's about a Secunit robot who managed to remove the chip that lets humans control it. The robot is hilarious and sarcastic. The books are also short and easy to binge!

I am almost through listening to Tembi Locke's book, From Scratch, on Audible, and I love it so much. It is a memoir about love, loss, and how food can mend the soul. Honestly one of my favorite books. (Have tissues readily available.) I just jumped on the GOT bandwagon (totally late), but I know you watch that haha. Another favorite of the month is that I went to Maui for a few days! My bf and I went surfing, did some goat yoga, swam with turtles, and ate some great food. Such a memorable trip!!
even since March or April, I've been listening to Potterless podcast on Spotify and I'm enjoying it so far! I know I'm so late but thanks to the podcast, a very damn slow book reader like me can catch up with the plots and everything. I like it how Mike and his guests voiced out their opinions etc.

Book recommendation: The Best We Could Do by Thi Bui, it’s a comic style and took her 10 years to complete. It talks about the Vietnamese American refugee experiences, identity, family, and more! Hands down my favorite book as a Vietnamese American and feeling heard and represented! It won’t take you longer than 2 hours so I recommend taking your time appreciating her illustrations :)

Watch Anne with an E on Netflix! It's based on the Anne of Green Gables series. I thought it was going to be boring, but the way they do the character relationships and storylines is so full of tension that I couldn't stop watching. I finished both seasons over the weekend. There have been mixed reviews online but I really, really love it. For a book recommendation, read the Night Circus! It's so wonderful, whimsical, magical... there's no way to describe it, really, except by the feeling it leaves when you're reading--like a standing in dewy field at midnight under sparse fairylights, which is a super weird way to describe a book but yeah. :)
