Yes. These registration fees and annual report were due in February 2023. And they only had to pay a $200 registration fee for their charity. I think they were deemed delinquent in January 2024. So they have had over a year to get their money and paperwork in. This is not something that is only a couple of weeks late/cheque lost in the mail/dogs ate the paperwork type of situation.

And, based on where they have donated money - it appears to be more of a political action foundation. I assume that they gotten lots of tax benefits based on donating to charities.
