They spared no expense with this place - the furnishings and fixtures are exquisite and the place overall is stunning. They definitely need to do something to raise up the occupancy though - the place is always empty even during what should be busy times of the week. The place is only maybe one-tenth as busy as it could be.

There’s so much, right? We missed things too. I discovered there is indeed an adult only pool! It’s just a little hidden. It’s small though and mostly cabanas and day beds. Not a lot of free seating
It is a gorgeous resort. I want to see it in 4 to 5 years when it's hit it's stride and all those shops are full and the vibe is hopping. The pool wasn't open when we were there, either, so I'd love to check it out. If I had to critique anything it would be that giant gold and silver nugget thing... but, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I loved this place. Great service, restaurants, beautiful, elegant decor. Don’t get the negative reviews. It was a really relaxing getaway. Location was fine for us. We’ve been to strip many times, don’t need to see same stuff again.

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I've ever seen overall, although I haven't stayed in a room yet. Everyone involved with the interior architecture and artwork deserves an award. No matter where you look, there is something artistic to behold. The moving sculpture is one of my favorite things in Vegas . . . so absurd, yet so cool. BTW I loved my food at Vida, although our waiter's skills were far below even casual dining standards.

A very high end hotel..best thing in my favorite color blue. Noticed we hired Thing from Addams family to film the bathroom. Come on man, Enrique just stand in the doorway facing the mirror so we can see you (just, clothes on please). Looks like the best food you guys have eaten in a hotel review (including the Pelligrino bottled water). And who can complain about the location, I mean the Circus Circus and Slots of Fun right across the street who could ask for anything more. Great video looks like a great property. The reason why they are having issues is they managed to make a Casino feel like an Airport during COVID. I was just there less than a month ago. The spaces are so huge with massive ceilings. From a distance every space looks empty. No thanks. I walked around half the casino with like 10 people in it. It was odd.
I don’t think it looks like an airport, but the spaces are huge! I like that, but can see how others might not. I really think it’s the location that’s hurting it.

Sister immediately disliked it😮my Mom liked it but the north end of the strip was a turn off. Also they felt like it was weird how far you have to walk to get to the casino and how its like a empty mall they said. I said they havent been to resprts world yet, they havent seen the casino mall at RW. I personally love FB and hope to stay soon. My wife and I have been there ten times since 1998 and we walk up and down the whole strip daily, we are both seniors, looking forward to seeing the Fontainebleau in April 2027. Just wear good comfortable sneakers for long walks. Greetings from Scotland. We always visit Peppermill steakhouse.
I dont know what it is, the property is beautiful, but something is missing. Maybe because it seems not really tied down and glued together like the Wynn is. I love the Wynn and how cozy and luxurious and electric the place is. Maybe because there's more dead space in the fontainbleu? Not sure.

I'm hearing that Fountainbleu LV is having serious financial issues to the point there is talk it might be on the market soon. Have you guys heard anything on the streets there? You go a lot more than I do, so just curious.
We were there last week, mid morning took an Uber while staying at the Palazzo. They did tier match with no issues my Ruby to their Gold. (But if you tier match no free play bonus!) The place was empty. The roses in the lobby looked amazing from a distance, but were withered and had no scent up close. The walk to the casino was far but made worse because there was nothing to see, just a long hallway. For me the casino itself was too spread out. I do have mobility issues and was using my cane not scooter because of Uber but even my husband agreed. TIGHT! Not one win! My husband said it felt unfinished. Signage poor, rideshare area like most, hot and dirty and hard to find. It looks nice, but I doubt we would go back. Also, never saw a cocktail waitress. Never saw hardly anyone 😂
Man, oh man, what a beautiful property. But unfortunately, I will never experience it due to its location and being the only casino in their player's club. In Vegas, I can not stick to one casino when there are so many on the strip. And i believe in being loyal to the club that is giving me free rooms and free play, etc. But you truly sell the property. Let's call it what it really is, a wading pool and to add insult to injury they have lifeguards. Of all the many UA-cam videos about Vegas pools, no one has ever mentioned the obvious absence of pools that have diving boards.

Yes, next to the mini bar fridge, under where the wine opener drawer was, there was a drawer that was a fridge. Small but it was plenty of room. We put in several bottled waters and even a box of leftovers.
This is the third review of the Fontainebleau that I've watched where they all made the same big mistake. We don't go to Las Vegas to eat in fancy restaurants, or marvel at the architecture or swim in fancy pools with cabanas. We go for the gaming and to gamble! None of the UA-camrs said anything about the table games or slots or sportsbook. The reviews were all done as if those things didn't exist. Will somebody do a review of the Fontainebleau that focuses on the gaming and gambling, please.

All casinos really have the same slot machines and table games available, but I’m genuinely interested in what info you are looking for.
Not only have we visited, but that’s where we got married in 1996 when it opened as Monte Carlo! We have stayed there several times since. It’s a smaller, smoke-free hotel (even casino). I didn't think anybody used those "bath tubs." Gross. If everyone knew how speedy they have to "clean" hotel rooms I think people would think twice before using them. I got a sour taste on Fontainbleu because of the hoop la and how they made everyone wait outside while the "haves" were given special treatment while the "have nots" were made to wait outside and were late on opening the doors for the have nots. Have nots are teaching them a lesson. Lets see how long this casino lasts if they want to over charge and be pretentious. In my opinion...hotels have lost their fun factor when they got rid of the live bands near the casino. When Fontainbleu first opened I thought they were bringing back the live music, but I guess not because I haven't seen it since. Melissa I noticed you didn't say the price of each of those meals????
They do have a bar with live music that we missed! Hope to catch it next time. Fontainebleau is feeling the financial crunch, but it’s such a beautiful place, I hope they can turn it around. It is fancy and I’m not very fancy, but I can pretend sometimes 😂. Food was about $60 for breakfast. Dinner was almost $150 but we used our credit from status matching. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered so much! 😂😂😂
Not sure if you showed the whole room, but from what I saw I can tell you why I wouldn't stay there: no desk or work space. How can this hotel be next to one of the major convention centers of the world - hoping to get both exhibitors & attendees to stay in the place - yet have a room where there's no desk and necessary hookups for laptops & tablets? People who attend conventions WORK. That this place provides no real designated space for that is nuts. I was in the casino, here's my thought: it has a lot of wasted space. Most of the table games were shut down, which can't help them. From just the casino walk through, I wasn't inclined to book a stay.
You’re right, there are no desks in the rooms. We have now stayed there 2 more times in a different room type (Bleau room) and no desk there either. There were a lot of convention folks there too!
The flowers were so droopy and pretty much dead when we went on a Tuesday night 😢I felt like id never seeb a strip property w less care to the flowers. That was a bit disappointing. Flower person should be working everyday
I really hope you enjoy it! It’s much different from Mirage, but fun to try new places. And don’t worry, the mirage tower is staying put. They’re adding the guitar tower, but you may get a teeny bit of nostalgia in the old tower rooms once they reopen.
I read other reviews that the Casino Slots do not pay very well at Fontaine Bleau. I did well at The Mirage Casino and New York New York too. I’m sure our room will be nice and comfortable! The pool sounds great too! We plan on gambling at El Cortez on Fremont Street and New York New York! As for dining, the Fontaine Bleau will be interesting to try! Your food reviews were excellent so it must be good!

With that said, I’ve been twice and don’t like it because it’s too far of a walk from center strip (which is where I stay because that’s where the action is at), not connected to any other properties, not in a good area, and nothing else fun to do in that area. I’m usually comped at park mgm which is center strip, located near other properties, u can walk around center strip to kill an easy 2hrs before going back to the tables and losing the rest of my money lol

I haven't seen this hotel. But just looking at prices... Rooms are more expense than Palazzo/Venetian, yet they're smaller, arguably less luxurious and in a bad location. Why would anyone stay at the Fountainebleau in place of Palazzo/Venetian?

Most of what i’ve heard is they’ve managed to be contradictory. They’re expensive and they’re cheap. Even worse than much of the rest of Vegas, you pay a lot but don’t get value for the money. One of the restaurants had nachos for $20; five chips with cheese melted on them. There’s been a lot of layoffs and management turnover since it opened, too. A shame, really, because it is a beautiful property.

Enjoyed your Video! I just came off an 8 night stay at a Wynn Tower Suite and Did the strip.. Bellagio, Cosmo...I had dinner at Papis' there at the Bleu one evening and some gaming. Won 12,781 on a High limit slot there. Nice Property but I still rate Wynn the best for my taste!
Wynn is still #1. Hard to knock them off the throne! Congrats on the win! Paid for dinner and then some 😉. I can only imagine how nice the tower suites are. Maybe one day!
Because it's just more generic luxury. It's a pretty casino but it has no personality like many of the new places. Bland, overpriced luxury and a dull casino. The New Vegas. I enjoyed the video however.

You definitely can walk to center strip. It’s going to be a long walk however, it’s doable.

Prices fluctuate so much, it’s hard to list, but rooms have generally been $400-$600
I'm hearing that Fountainbleu LV is having serious financial issues to the point there is talk it might be on the market soon. Have you guys heard anything on the streets there? You go a lot more than I do, so just curious.

We were there last week, mid morning took an Uber while staying at the Palazzo. They did tier match with no issues my Ruby to their Gold. (But if you tier match no free play bonus!) The place was empty. The roses in the lobby looked amazing from a distance, but were withered and had no scent up close. The walk to the casino was far but made worse because there was nothing to see, just a long hallway. For me the casino itself was too spread out. I do have mobility issues and was using my cane not scooter because of Uber but even my husband agreed. TIGHT! Not one win! My husband said it felt unfinished. Signage poor, rideshare area like most, hot and dirty and hard to find. It looks nice, but I doubt we would go back. Also, never saw a cocktail waitress. Never saw hardly anyone 😂
Man, oh man, what a beautiful property. But unfortunately, I will never experience it due to its location and being the only casino in their player's club. In Vegas, I can not stick to one casino when there are so many on the strip. And i believe in being loyal to the club that is giving me free rooms and free play, etc. But you truly sell the property. Great job, as always!
I totally get that. I think it’s why we rarely stay at Venetian or Wynn.
Enjoyed this beautiful video. I hope to visit soon, it looks great. Please excuse me while I go off on a rant about no more diving board pools at the resorts and calling the 3' 6" deep pool a swimming pool. Let's call it what it really is, a wading pool and to add insult to injury they have lifeguards. Of all the many UA-cam videos about Vegas pools, no one has ever mentioned the obvious absence of pools that have diving boards.
See it at risk of not making it. I love the colors and classy luxurious look. But it’s expensive. Not a lot of foot traffic.
Someone described it as a haute luxury shopping mall and that couldn't be more accurate lol. It IS that with a casino and outdoor pool adjacent
I had a greater appreciation for it staying there versus visiting, but the aesthetic is super subjective.

@@Igotstaknowit we try and film early wherever we stay to avoid getting people in the shots, but it’s definitely not as crowded as others. You might see it as good or bad.
@@UpUpOurWay Maybe because FB Vegas is still new and the other casinos have been there awhile. But the nighclub and dayclub have been packed.

We gambled a little on the slots, but table minimums were high. We didn’t play any blackjack there.

Honestly it looks like a high end mall. Kinda soulless. Amazing and very detailed review tho !

Did you have a refrigerator?
Yes, next to the mini bar fridge, under where the wine opener drawer was, there was a drawer that was a fridge. Small but it was plenty of room. We put in several bottled waters and even a box of leftovers.

This is the third review of the Fontainebleau that I've watched where they all made the same big mistake. We don't go to Las Vegas to eat in fancy restaurants, or marvel at the architecture or swim in fancy pools with cabanas. We go for the gaming and to gamble! None of the UA-camrs said anything about the table games or slots or sportsbook. The reviews were all done as if those things didn't exist. Will somebody do a review of the Fontainebleau that focuses on the gaming and gambling, please.
@@TheSugmad I’m curious what specifically you’re looking for with gaming. Table minimums? The high limit room? I did talk a little about the casino, but more about the layout and look of it. All casinos really have the same slot machines and table games available, but I’m genuinely interested in what info you are looking for.

Not only have we visited, but that’s where we got married in 1996 when it opened as Monte Carlo! We have stayed there several times since. It’s a smaller, smoke-free hotel (even casino). I didn't think anybody used those "bath tubs." Gross. If everyone knew how speedy they have to "clean" hotel rooms I think people would think twice before using them. I got a sour taste on Fontainbleu because of the hoop la and how they made everyone wait outside while the "haves" were given special treatment while the "have nots" were made to wait outside and were late on opening the doors for the have nots. Have nots are teaching them a lesson. Lets see how long this casino lasts if they want to over charge and be pretentious. In my opinion...hotels have lost their fun factor when they got rid of the live bands near the casino. When Fontainbleu first opened I thought they were bringing back the live music, but I guess not because I haven't seen it since. Melissa I noticed you didn't say the price of each of those meals????
They do have a bar with live music that we missed! Hope to catch it next time. Fontainebleau is feeling the financial crunch, but it’s such a beautiful place, I hope they can turn it around. It is fancy and I’m not very fancy, but I can pretend sometimes 😂. Food was about $60 for breakfast. Dinner was almost $150 but we used our credit from status matching. Otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered so much! 😂😂😂

Not sure if you showed the whole room, but from what I saw I can tell you why I wouldn't stay there: no desk or work space. How can this hotel be next to one of the major convention centers of the world - hoping to get both exhibitors & attendees to stay in the place - yet have a room where there's no desk and necessary hookups for laptops & tablets? People who attend conventions WORK. That this place provides no real designated space for that is nuts. I was in the casino, here's my thought: it has a lot of wasted space. Most of the table games were shut down, which can't help them. From just the casino walk through, I wasn't inclined to book a stay.
You’re right, there are no desks in the rooms. We have now stayed there 2 more times in a different room type (Bleau room) and no desk there either. There were a lot of convention folks there too!
The flowers were so droopy and pretty much dead when we went on a Tuesday night 😢I felt like id never seeb a strip property w less care to the flowers. That was a bit disappointing. Flower person should be working everyday
Wow! They were stunning while we were there. We talked to an employee who said they replace the sad ones everyday, but maybe not 😂. That’s too bad.

I just booked a two night stay after years of staying at the now demolished Mirage! I’m looking forward in my stay at Fontaine Bleau.
I really hope you enjoy it! It’s much different from Mirage, but fun to try new places. And don’t worry, the mirage tower is staying put. They’re adding the guitar tower, but you may get a teeny bit of nostalgia in the old tower rooms once they reopen.
I read other reviews that the Casino Slots do not pay very well at Fontaine Bleau. I did well at The Mirage Casino and New York New York too. I’m sure our room will be nice and comfortable! The pool sounds great too! We plan on gambling at El Cortez on Fremont Street and New York New York! As for dining, the Fontaine Bleau will be interesting to try! Your food reviews were excellent so it must be good!

With that said, I’ve been twice and don’t like it because it’s too far of a walk from center strip (which is where I stay because that’s where the action is at), not connected to any other properties, not in a good area, and nothing else fun to do in that area. I’m usually comped at park mgm which is center strip, located near other properties, u can walk around center strip to kill an easy 2hrs before going back to the tables and losing the rest of my money lol

I haven't seen this hotel. But just looking at prices... Rooms are more expense than Palazzo/Venetian, yet they're smaller, arguably less luxurious and in a bad location. Why would anyone stay at the Fountainebleau in place of Palazzo/Venetian?
Well, I would have given your review 5 stars… til it came to the pancake that you topped with lemon “risotto”! lol So, dear Melissa, you are summarily banished across the street to stay a full long weekend at Clowntown with only it’s buffet and those incredibly inedible scrambled egglike substances for your dining pleasure! Most of what i’ve heard is they’ve managed to be contradictory. They’re expensive and they’re cheap. Even worse than much of the rest of Vegas, you pay a lot but don’t get value for the money. One of the restaurants had nachos for $20; five chips with cheese melted on them. There’s been a lot of layoffs and management turnover since it opened, too. A shame, really, because it is a beautiful property.
They will definitely need to make some adjustments to survive. I hope they do because, as you said, it’s a beautiful property!

Enjoyed your Video! I just came off an 8 night stay at a Wynn Tower Suite and Did the strip.. Bellagio, Cosmo...I had dinner at Papis' there at the Bleu one evening and some gaming. Won 12,781 on a High limit slot there. Nice Property but I still rate Wynn the best for my taste!
Wynn is still #1. Hard to knock them off the throne! Congrats on the win! Paid for dinner and then some 😉. I can only imagine how nice the tower suites are. Maybe one day!
Because it's just more generic luxury. It's a pretty casino but it has no personality like many of the new places. Bland, overpriced luxury and a dull casino. The New Vegas. I enjoyed the video however.
Anyone who dislikes this place has no taste. FB Vegas looks amazing.
