Really enjoyed 4th film , should of been released in the cinema though in my opinion , loved how they incorporated all the music from the first 2 films as well , for me it’s 1 then 4 then 2 then 3

In a time where one movie flops after another, this was surprisingly good. Even for it being a sequel with a long gap in between. It's usually very hard to make a sequel like that. Look at Ghostbusters...
I think Eddie should be a little more forgiving towards Beverly Hills Cop III. I just rewatched it last night and it’s still a pretty solid action movie and tbh it’s the only one in the franchise where Axel actually felt like an action hero to me. The scene where he saves the kids that are about to fall out of the spider ride is still a great set-piece. Personally, I think III still has the most action out of all of them. The only element missing was Taggart but I wasn’t really missing him tbh.
It missed the presence of Taggart for me but I actually liked III as well. It also has probably the best opening sequence of all of the movies in the series.
They missed the tone of the original. The emotional outburst between his daughter and him pushed it closer to a soap opera than a comedy/action film. The light-heartedness was gone and even when he was getting close to the old character (like the hotel scene) he just gave in and said "I'm too tired, can I get a room?". Not to mention the other characters were crowding the screen time. Better than number 3 though.
Did you edit from this raw BTS footage and interviews that are available online? Curious since there's the text at the start noting you edited it. If so: impressive!
I'm a member of the Dutch press and have access to interviews, broll, clips, set photos etc. Those are all provided to the press by the studios. And from that material I edit videos like this one. I used to make these for television but now I make them for my channel (next to the reviews) That text is to prevent people from copy pasting my videos, although some idiots still do it regardless.
Good premise, but I didn't laugh once. Eddie showed great range as an older Axel, but the daddy issues dragged the movie down. Axel's daughter was the most unlikeable character in the entire series. Would have been funnier if the original cast had bigger roles. The Relationships made the first 2 films MAGIC.
Yeah that’s what I’m confused about When did axelllll foleyyyy had a daughter he wasent even married 🤣🤣😂😂😂🙂🙃 in part 3 and the same thing there doing in beetlejuice 2 how the helll lydiaaaaa has a daughter 😂🤣😂😂 don’t make sense adding unexpected characters to the sequels and Weres Ronny cox the police chief why wasent he back on this one 😊
Billy rosewood is only in half of the movie when he gets rescue 😂😇😇😇 and he barely talks a lot in this one on the 1 and 2 one he was more a partner character to foleyyyyyy
This movie wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be after the disastrous, Coming To America sequel. That said, it was a long way from good. Everything sucks today, movies, sports, music, TV, politics, it all sucks. Someone please build a time machine so I can return to the 80's.
Yeah nothing against Joseph he’s a really good actor but he wasent necessarily for this movie they should of brought back Ronny cox as the chief detective instead of taggert and use him to help axelllll get Billy back from being captured it was always 3 of them together Axel, Billy and taggert
Only disappointment from BHC4, is Eddie changing his laugh. It takes away from the character not doing the laugh. Sad he cared so much about people mocking his laugh. His "new" laugh seems so disingenuous and just fake.
What a disappointing display of actors desperately trying to hype up a mediocre, ordinary, and uninspiring movie. You can just tell that this is a transparent attempt to generate buzz for a forgettable entry in an increasingly stale franchise.
The movie was okay but if I was the director of this movie I wouldn’t of made the movie a bit different And not added axellll having a daughter there was no point in that
kudos to the actor interviews, they try their best, but they can’t put enough spin on this piece of s**t to save it….sorry….”Beatles of the 80s.”. Please.
A MOST EXCELLENT movie!!!!!! The actors, ( ALL of THEM), The action, The laughs, The music, The backgrounds in the scenes, ETC!!!!!!
Really enjoyed 4th film , should of been released in the cinema though in my opinion , loved how they incorporated all the music from the first 2 films as well , for me it’s 1 then 4 then 2 then 3
It should have been a hit
I agree it should have been released at the cinema
Like the drive-in the cinema is now dying a slow death.
I believe it’s called reaping and sowing.
I do love Eddie though!
Love the way he can drop his work in Detroit as a cop and go to Beverly Hills whenever he feels like it 😂
Yeah, 4 times in 40 years is taking the absolute piss 😉
Plot convenience. Don't you just love it?
No he uses his vacation time
It’s a movie fool
I cant believe Shooter Mcgavin made it in the film. loved it!

Eddie Murphy is one of my favorite actor since Beverly Hill Cop 1🙏🏻🇧🇷😁
That meter maid moment killed me.
killed me too.
Yes!😂😂😂😂😂😂 The way she just appeared at the wonder, hilarious!!!
I 've watched it !!! LOVED IT!!!❤🤗 I highly recommand it!! 👏👏👍
For a fresh brand new fan to binge watch all four movies now. That would be awesome, if my memory ever goes that's how I'll watch them all again. 😂
OMG, I love how much he looks and sounds like Charlie Murphy💚
Loved it, the script was good, casted great, directed well, and incorporated important elements from the previous films.
This flick never to be forgotten. Most films to Eddie are splendids .
Cop 5 real soon be there 😎
Meter lady clip was hilarious were her holding on! Hahaha! Her "help me Jesus" as she fell off had me spitting my drink! 🤣 Classic!
I’ve just watched the film.I really enjoyed it.Eddie at his best.Loved having the old gang back together.👍
Only one missing was Ronny cox their chief detective
I was 14 when the original BHC came out in 1984. Now 54 and still a huge Eddie Murphy fan.
i was 1 in 1984
I was 105 in 1984
AMAZING EDDIE...DAD NOW OF 10...............who would say no to him????
Loved it, can have easily missed the mark but they did an awesome job. Loved the cast and those pilot skills
the way is that those actors were again invited and reunioned, and now in 2024, lot of things happened, but the movie is still brilliant!
Great movie. I especially loved the helicopter scene.
So funny that they involved "shooting McGavin" (Happy Gilmore) in the movie! 🤣
It’s shoooterrrr mcgavinnnnn he’s old know still looks the same 😅😅 waiting for Adam to get his revenge 😅
They drop the ball with one thing, the classic 80s Eddie Murphy laugh
Agreed. Would have added the final button on the movie at the end, I feel.
Eddie has actually said in an interview that he learned himself a different laugh back in the day because everybody was doing it.
@@juliann1824 don't care it made complete sense to use it in this film.
@@SquabbleBoxHQ got it, you don’t care what Eddie Murphy thinks or feels you just want what you want.

Totally fun. Really enjoyed it!
I've seen half of the new movie so far and they've done a brilliant job!
Joseph Gordon-Levitt is so smart and funny. "Beverly Hills deserves to be made fun of, the flaunting of wealth is evil."
The picture of Gil Hill on the wall was fantastic.
I think Bacon and Murphy have paintings of themselves in their attics.
I just missed the bananas in exaust pipe in the end 😂
I hope Eddie Murphy knows his laugh in the first 3 was missed. I had/have a similar laugh and he made me feel not so conspicuous ❤
I always love new movie with Eddie Murphy as my finest icon ❤✨️💯🤲👏😊

Best movie ever ! 😍
When the second part came out I was still in my mother's belly 😁
Okay so you were born in 1988
Love it brought me back
I really enjoyed this movie.
Watched it lastnight .. well done... loved the old.same music with it. ..nostalgic.! ❤

I am not a comedian exactly - says the star of the 3rd Rock from the Sun. LOL
In part 1 Jenny Summers had a red convertible, in this one his daughter has a red convertible. I caught that as soon as it came on. 😁
It really was good.
they missing the busy background noise
i’m curious, and don’t know, and would truly LIKE to know: WHY did Eddie do this? Did he not have script approval? Did he need the money? Seriously…

Do you notice there all praising Eddies 😂Get him David Spade
Is it just me? Or does Kevin Bacon look like an older Austin Butler?
I agree they do favor each other
Why Netflix instead of big screen ?
Because Paramount, who made the first three films, weren't interested in another, so they sold it to Netflix.
Because I think they was scared it was going to flop. Because it's been so long since the last sequel which flopped.
Should have brought his laugh in tho . . 🤔
Billy Rosemount...sorry I meant Rosewood 😂
I thought the Beatles in the 80's and beyond was Michael Jackson RIP

Great movie. But... this father/kid-thing is boring. It is boring in every movie, and there are a lot of which use this.
Know there doing it also on beetlejuice 2 lydiaaaaa never had a daughter and axellll folleyyyyy same How are they giving them kids all of a sudden
