I’ve been taking my now almost 8 year old daughter adventure camping off grid since she was 9 months old. She’s now a seasoned outdoors enthusiast with many skills her classmates have never even considered. You are investing into your child’s future self in the best possible way 👏🏻
The first time I took my oldest daughter camping was when she was 9 months old. She’s 23 now and explores the countryside through her own lens now. These are times your son will never forget. And bonus I get a 3 hour video right before Christmas!
That’s awesome! I hope he continues to travel too.
Ive watched your videos for a long time and was excited to see this posted. I’ve got a 4 year old and one more on the way and just picked up a ‘25 Tundra so I hope to do trips like this in AZ shortly 👍
Thanks for making content like this!
I’ve been camping and adventuring with vehicles since I was three months old, I have several old black-and-white photo albums of the memories I don’t even remember. Sure with these videos, your son will be able to look back on these trips with fond memories when he’s older.
He will grow up fast and no doubt have a free spirit to travel! If not he will have memories of his parents for doing so much with him.
I love the very gentle intro to tell everyone that they CAN do things other says are not possible, in my experience those nay sayers very rarely try the very things they say aren’t possible.
What a great experience, sadly we have nothing like this in the UK.
Your son talking away made me wonder if he’s thinking if you’re talking to yourself so he just does the same 😂
What a meaningful and beautiful video (and I’m only a few minutes in!). And at 3 hours with narration and superb editing, it probably took a long to make so thank you! This time last year my son was two weeks old and in the NICU after having undergone life saving surgery on day 1. A year later, he’s doing great and has already gone on his first camping trip to the NC mountains. People like yourself and the other Overlanding UA-camrs who include their kids in the adventures are so deeply impactful to my family and inspire us to get out with our son! Hope we’ll cross paths some day! Merry Christmas to you and your family. Also, I just looked up at my screen to see your video showing a random Overlanding UPS delivery truck crossing a river… super weird!
"You'll never be able to go camping again, now that you have a kid."
Nope. Now, you have one more reason to.
Good on ya, man!
Yes, this! Well said!
That opening intro was amazing, you and your son keep traveling. You guys are living the best life.
I'm a born an tasked in Kentucky thank u for ur content cause a just moved to Phoenix AZ an my wife but we love going the back ways an just chill
Had a rear-diff damage 1700km from the nearest place with some parts... i know how it feels about confidence in once skills (or un-skills) .... but enjoying will come back, no matter the hardship. Keep up your humor, your Vlog, thanks from some place far away...
That little men laugh makes my day
Oh that big R is for Redlands California!! Its maintained with cutting by locals.
Hopefully it survived the fire!
I ordered the alucab here in the Netherlands due to you and a couple of others. Thank uou
You made a great choice!
Glad to see you take the kid out. I’ve always wondered how the other UA-camrs do it. Do they just leave their kids at home with their wife while they enjoy the outdoors?
Love the video
Your buddy is buying dinner, next time, for not tightening up enough 😂
Was your Tundra affected by the engine recall? My Tundra's engine blew up 600 miles from home while on vacation. That was in August and it's not scheduled for engine replacement until March. I don't think I could trust the new Tundras to go on a trip like this, unfortunately.
It is! No clue when I’m getting mine replaced. Hopefully when you get it done, your new one treats you well.
This seems impossible.
hey mate-exuse but weneed view view and again incredible view, not you or your family 90% of time....
No… the best part of his content, now, is his back seat monkey. If that doesn’t work for you, there are plenty of content creators, without the wee ones.
Enjoy!
If you ever come to Romania please contact me! I love your videos and the way you share with us your family adventures! 😀
