100% agree! I used to get a bit stroppy now and then on the roads. Now I just channel the Ogmiotic Zen vibes and end up laughing at situations that would have normally ground my gears. I've started doing impressions for my wife, the amateurish attempts of a young apprentice, but they make her laugh and that's all that matters. Life is better as a trainee Zen motorist ... still looking for that elusive triple wave though.

I had to do a Speed Awareness Course the other day. I recommended the zen school to the whole class.

This is one of the most brilliant mindfulness practices i have seen, truly you are driving in between the raindrops.
