    How you ever seen one that the power steering works turning left but doesn't turning right. It's a 2004 cheverlet 1500 4 wheel drive. I have replaced the pump, but it didn't change anything.

    So you don't need to flush if its all brand new parts? New rack, lines and pump?

      Hi,
      New, used, and remanufactured, all need to be flushed every time a line is opened (disconnected) and every time a part is replaced.

    you fail to explain how the vacuum pump is attached to the system.

      The adapter goes on top of the reservoir. We used the Mityvac Power Steering Adapter Kit MVA670.
