    I love Lador. My hair is fine, thinning some for a year(when I turned 70), frizzy and very wavy. I'm always trying different products and this helps so much! And you did a video previously on this and I tried. Thanks so much...love your channel.

      @@MsHafekasi_ Most likely from the heat styling. When I was much younger I would straighten my hair more often than not and my curl pattern was looser.

    I just bought the Tymo brush dryer because of this video. I just tried it this morning. I love it! The volume at the root and I didn’t even touch it with a hot flat iron. I am a curly hair girl who struggles getting a straight look. Thank you! And yes, I did use heat protectant. 🙃

    What you said about the Ladore is so true! I bought these after you recommended them a while ago and not only am I in love with the results, but my best friend, who is very skeptical by nature, agreed to try it and now loves it too! Soooo gorgeous! I bought an oval blow out brush about 6 months ago and got a blunt bob and loooooove my hair. The Blow Out brush is so easy to use and as you said you do it once a week and the rest of the week it just falls into place with a quick comb through and a touch of hairspray. Love it!

    Gabi, that blow-dry brush has been a life saver for me in terms of smoothing out my frizzy hair. The only time I find it doesn't work as well is when I get in a hurry and don't dry my hair completely.
    That is definitely the key! Dry your hair COMPLETELY!😂 Also, I purchased the Ladore products you recommended a while back, and holy wow, are they game changers!
    Before I met you, I thought my fine frizzy hair was a lost cause. Thank you for doing what you do, Gabi. You have been such a positive force in the lives of so many of us women of all ages❤

    • @GlamGirlGabi
      @GlamGirlGabi  7 місяців тому +1

      Hey Deannah! YES YES YES. This is the ket with the blowdryer brush. You HAVE to dry the hair 100% of the way every time or else textured hair will look super frizzy. You need a bit of patience but it's absolutely worth it. I am so happy that you like the Lador products too. They are so great aren't they? They give my hair this mirror reflection whenever I use it. Obsessed.

    Like all that you had to share. That round brush dryer looks nice. I can only skip one day of not washing my hair. At 65 I still have oily hair. A blessing and curse. My hair doesn't dry out easy yet I if I don't wash every other day my hair looks awful. Would love to create those wave curls. I have super straight hair that doesn't hold a curl. Even my stylist has a difficult time get a curl.

    Last video I saw you were having some real issues with your hair, glad to see you got your beautiful mane back! BTW, my hair is too long and fine/fragile for those oval brushes. I also have thinning hair and they pull way too much. Cannot use them. You have thick coarse hair you can stress it more. Doesn’t work for everyone. Glad it works for you.

    That Ladore heat protectant spray is so good and it smells amazing! I'm noticing the smoke/steam while you're blow drying your hair (only visible in the mirror at, for example, the 6:08 mark) is the heat protectant spray at work? You're hair appears to be amazingly healthy so its got to be working!!

First time, so I am laid back curious and excited to see if it looks different ;) It was very easy to blend and get to that cream state, so that was great. I thought it would take more work. I've never seen it anywhere else than your channel, but I found a local webshop who had the bottle version :)

    Any tips on dry shampoo or how to keep a style so I don’t have to wash my hair everyday? I have fine hair (but a lot of it according to my stylist). No matter what I do or what the stylist does, I can not keep a style for more than 1 day without my hair getting a greasy look. It isn’t greasy, just looks greasy 🤷‍♀️
    I have tried many dry shampoo’s, from average to expensive with no minimal success. The only one that slightly helped was Oribe but even with that, halfway through the day I had to put my hair up.
    Love your videos!

    Hi Gabi. Thank you for this video. I'm intrigued about this product line and will definitely try it out. I'm also interested in the blow out brush about but I struggle with getting my shoulder length, thinning hair out of a regular round brush and wonder if adding air will make it even harder for me to control. I assume drying my hair in smaller sections will avoid tangles. Thoughts? Thank you...

    Thank you for another informative video.
    I have a question, I have had issues with my scalp, would those treatments , the protein help? Or is there anything you can suggest for dry scalp?

      100 percent! It also completely dictates how your hair looks! People spend so much time looking for the perfect haircut when 99 percent of the time, the problem is in the styling.

    I have been told over and over again that “protein” is a no-no for hair🤔. The only masks I should use are “moisturizing” ones! And I LOVE your channel so, I am baffled😮

    I had your haircut last year, now I’m trying to get my hair longer, but you make me want to cut it again! And I have the same texture when I let my hair air dry!!! Thanks for all the tips in this video, btw, where your earing are from?

      Hey Sophie! Thanks for watching! I always always always cut my hair like this, grow it out for two years, promise myself I will keep it long and then cut it again when I am bored with my flat long hair. LOL. I think my earrings are from Swarovski but I am not 100 percent sure because I bought them such a long time ago.

    I love your new cut. I have something similar. Can you please do a video about working with natural wavy , curly with you new cut? Thanks in advance.❤

    • @GlamGirlGabi
      @GlamGirlGabi  7 місяців тому +1

      Hey! This cut isn't the best for natural texture because it turns into a triangle since it's bottom heavy. I never wear my hair naturally wavy when it's cut like this for that reason. If you want to wear your natural texture, you need to layer it.

    Yaaaasss!! A blow-dry brush is EVERYTHING! I don't know what I would do without one for my hair type which is similar to Gabi's. Only thing --- I don't recommend getting the one from TYMO. Yes, it has the titanium which makes all the difference for smoothness, but I've gone through TWO of them already, because they just stopped working after a couple months. Even the replacement one stopped working after a few months. AND! My sister told me just the other day that hers died as well a few months back (she's only had it since January). You're out of luck if yours just happens to go kaput at the one-year mark -- their warranty won't cover it. They also like ghosting you when you email them about the obvious repetitive issue with this product. There's something shady about them (they *know* their product is defective). I'm back to using my REVLON one -- its decent and it's still going strong after 2 years.

      Oh my gosh I’m so sorry that you had this experience! I’ve never had any issues with mine and I love how it makes my hair look but I believe that you have struggled with yours. I need to test out some new ones. The Revlon one does look awesome.

    I need my hair cut, Gabi! You need to travel to different places so we can all come see you and let you cut and style our hair!! 😂😂 I, too, have fallen in love with Lador! I have one of their Dermatical Hair Loss Shampoo for Thin Hair (what a long name!! 😅), and the paste. I’m about to order those ampules and the hair oil perfume! It all started with the detox ampule you gave me! I was so happy to get that because I wanted to try the line. I was trying to wait and use up the Redken products I had bought. But, I ended up ditching them and switching! 😅I went through some recent significant shedding but now there are very few hairs in my brush! ❤❤ Thank you!!
    Edited to add a few things! 😅 I ordered the heat protectant too. And more! 😮 I wanted to add that the Tymo oval blowdry brush is fantastic! However, I’m in need of a brush to use with my Tymo lite blow dryer. That won’t pull out my thinning hair! I can’t afford to lose a single strand!! 😅 Can you (or anyone else)recommend one? Thank you!!

    I tried the oval blow dry brush! Unfortunately, it was hard on my wrists. (I have joint issues.) Wish it were a bit more lightweight. But it's awesome if you can use it!

    Hey Gorgeous Gabi... I do have one question. Do you use anything like a cap for example when you sleep? I want my hair to look as smooth and shiney as yours, so I don't want to miss ANYTHING !!!! I DO use a satin pillowcase and try to pull it up and out (if that makes sense) but I wake up with crazy hair.

    If your hair is layered….do you think this procedure would still work for smoothness & volume? I have fine textured hair….but lots of it. Layered & highlighted. Love how you take us step by step so the method is understandable.🥰

    What foundation do you use? It looks amazing. I have a similar skin color (a very fair olive) and finding foundation is almost impossible. It is either makes me look pale or makes me look dirty. I cannot have any red coloring at all even a touch.

    Hi Gabi, how does a person with one length hair that’s more than half the way down their back use a blow dry brush? I can see how this will work with a shorter style but I can imagine that brush would end up having to be cut out of my hair. When I use a round brush even, I don’t rotate it. Any advice you have as to whether a blow dry brush can be used on very long hair would be appreciated. Thank-you, you are so sweet and I love your advice. 😊❤

    Hello Gabi! I just purchased the perfect hair fill up. Quick question. What is the difference between a bond builder and a protein treatment? Do you recommend both or one more than the other for dry, damage, wavy, frizzy hair? Thanks Gabi!!
